I build my own gym racks and such, i had been using the pulleys from home depot and they would last about 3-4 weeks. THis pulley is indesctructable, ive now had it for 6 months and its going strong. I use it for lat pulldowns and cable rows with 200+ pounds and its smooth as silk. It's quiet and feels like it has incredible build quality.now july 2019 and the same pully is going strong, i came to buy some more.

I learned about Ronstan when my Synapse CCR eccentric overload trainer came with them. I decided to build a suspension trainer as well. I used this pulley with the Nossk RT-17 rope trainer, and it works perfectly. Very smooth and no creaks. Well done, Ronstan!

Excelente producto y todo a tiempo

Theses blocks are solid and light weight. The bearing action is super smooth. I use these as a pulley system for my outdoor cable weightlifting. I had the Home Depot non-ball bearing versions prior to these and those others were heavy, noisy, squeaky, not smooth and got really hot. Don’t waste time. Go for the RONSTANS from the start you will not regret it.
