This book, is loaded with great information that really would be very difficult to find anywhere else . I’m very grateful that Mr. McWilliams took the time, and energy to study and go through the vitamins that we use so casually and with complete trust to make sure that they are what their supposed to be.. When somebody tries a vitamin or a pill for an issue and it doesn’t work because the pills are made poorly and can’t be absorbed or too low in the ingredients the patient loses in 3ways. He still has the issue -he still has paid for the unusable pills, this vitamin pills and he feels that that these medicines well not work for him. He doesn’t realize they’re inferior pills And that there are pills that are manufactured correctly ,labeled correctly ,And packaged correctly that May helpe him a great deal .As far as most patients are concerned, they tried that vitamin, or that herb, and it didn’t help So they will never know

The introduction of what good supplements are and how to choose them is a must read. The comparisons are also very helpful, but if we each know how to determine what is a good supplement is on our own, it is very helpful to obtaining the best supplements being produced.

Great book! If you are looking for a great explanation of antioxidants and genes this is the read for you. This book it’s all the pieces together

This book contains an objective rating of different food supplements available and its a way to check if you want the best for your health!

This book might be helpful for some but it really didn't help me. I was looking for more information that's on the shelves at the drugstores today. I need help with multi vitamins and I just didn't find this very helpful for me.

Very informative and educational, especially if you want to know you're getting quality supplements. It goes past what the ads state in print and on TV.
