How do we contact the company regarding the two year warranty? I bought 4 sets last year and there is a defect in 3 of 4 sets.

I just received my 3 piece luggage set and I can't open the lock. I tried 000 and that doesn't work. I'm leaving next week and need this to open!

This is Mia from COOLIFE customer support center, I’m very to glad to answer your question. 
About the lock can't be opened you mentioned, we guess that the lock code might be revised during production process, you can try follow the instructions below to find your previous password:

1, carefully observed below digital turntable lock, use the flashlight, rotating disk password, you will see a small hole (very small)
2, Make three holes pointing at one direction (the direction as shown), at this time record these three figures.
3, the three figures minus 2 (or 3), the result is the password you previously set.

For example, when I go to the 259, the holes are facing the same direction as shown, while every number of 259 minus 2, that is 037 and 037 is the password you set before.
Please refer to the picture in attachment.
Now you have finished resetting the lock. Please remember your new password by heart.

I can not open the lock? How can I open it? Thanks

1. Put the combination to 0,0,0

2. Press the Reset Button, which is next to the zipper silver tip on the right, it’s super small so use a flashlight and you’ll see it. You can use the tip of your earring. You’ll here a click.

3. Set it to your personalized Combination.

4. Then click the big button on the right side.

5. It’s set !

6. Remember you have to type in your Combo to Open and Close every time. And remember, after, put the numbers back to 0,0,0 so nobody knows your combo.

What are the wheels made of? Are they plastic or like inline skate rubber?
