Great Companion to the Book On Overthinking
I had purchased the book that this workbook goes with first for a family member and they absolutely love the book and find it very useful. When I saw the new companion workbook I didn’t hesitate to purchase it to go along with the book. My loved one had already enjoyed the book and shared with me after receiving it and looking over it that it is extremely helpful to have a workbook to help with the excellent help for overcoming overthinking and anxiety. This is a must have for anyone who wants to dive deeper into their own issues with anxiety and an overthinking mind. Win win and they highly recommend it to others who struggle with these issues and find both to have very insightful and helpful information.

Helpful and practical book
I read the book a while ago and thought I'd give the workbook a go. I was not disappointed. It's jam packed with information and questions. You really need to commit yourself to his book because this is not for a casual reader. Having said that, if you're looking to transform into a new you that stops overthinking and focuses on what matters, then check out this book. It'll surely have something for you.

Good Guide for Self Reflection!
This companion workbook for STOP OVERTHINKING is well organized, with lots of room for recording reactions to thoughtful questions. It does a high-level outline of a number of approaches to identifying and detailing unwelcome or destructive thoughts and then being able to review them and consider changes.

This is a great companion guide to the actual book "Stop Overthinking". There is a lot of good information in this book to help you develop the habits you need to get on with your life without over analyzing everything.

helpful book to stop overthinking
It provides many step-by-step techniques and practical tools to let you be in charge of your mind again and change your mental habits. Particularly I've found the Journaling method is quite effective to quiet my mind, although I still need more practice.

This is not workbook, the information is totally incorrect and I bought it for Rs1254. This has exactly same content as Stop overthinking book which costs around Rs.170. Complete incorrect name and wrong information about it being a workbook.
