I've been using these for years. I love them because the ingredients are complete and natural. The capsule form is perfect for me. I never do tablets. They're easy to swallow and if you can't swallow then open up the capsule and put it in your food or your drink. It's great, very versatile. The quality is great with its natural ingredients and complete b form. I can feel my nervous system immediately after I wake.

The best vitamin B complex I don’t really write a review but for this superb I have tendonitis my elbow it really bothered me but after taking in 2 days the pain is gone away so it’s worth to buy this product

Vitamin is definitely complete for B vitamins. This tablet is huge. Larger than all other brands I’ve tried. If size is not an issue for you, this is a quality choice, reasonably priced
