I primarily bought this watch for the waterproof swim feature what works pretty good except it does shut off when swimming so I check often to make sure it's still tracking my swim.I have a very small wrist so this watch looks hugh on my wrist but it is very easy to read the screen. There are several choices for the watch screen. I tried to choose a personal picture for my screen but even though it showed that I had chosen my picture and confirmed it the picture would not appear. So I did choose one of the generic screens showing the battery life, steps, date, and time.The call feature is nice and the clarity of voice is good. I can make calls easily with no problem. When I have a incoming call the watch transfers it immediately to my phone so I have to take incoming on the phone itself which is sometimes a pain.Overall I am pretty satisfied with the purchase. And the 20mm band is easy to find replacements.

This is a great smartwatch. I love all the features The calls are very clear. You can also even send a short response to a text through AI voice. Customer services is awesome. They answered any questions and walked me through helping me with setup. Plus they can answer any questions you may have with your new smartwatch. I've had it two days and absolutely love all the features. You cannot beat this smartwatch for the price. It also makes me feel like Michael Knight talking to kit. Lol 😆 Great product! You can even personalize the watch face with your own photos added bonus. I got the gray wristband looks classy I like it.

For the price was not expecting it to basically being smiliar to the name brand smart watches can do the basics. It's perfect for someone who prefers the basic features over all the bells and whistles.

The media could not be loaded.  The app is amazing to work with and very straightforward. I have went through my fair share of watches from Amazon and this is by far the best one I have purchased. I love that I can answer a call while I'm on the road and can see important messages without grabbing my phone and getting a ticket! Being able to change the picture is my favorite part love putting my kids on there and any pictures from the web. My son picked out dirty Dan and pinhead Larry it's so cute. I love how heavy it is that I can tell it's good quality not flimsy plastic and the charger is magnetic. This came packaged very nicely and took 1 day to reach me. Super satisfied customer. If your a first timer to any smart watch just read the directions they send it will help out a lot. P.s. I got the grey one and it looks so fancy.

This watch is the epitome of cheap and you get what you pay for.1) the steps are not in sync. It’s 8:55 am and I woke up at 5 am. I already have amassed 6,000 + steps which makes no sense. Customer service claims it’s movement of the wrist. That isn’t accurate at all.2) I used the running feature and went on the treadmill. Upon completion of my 2 miles, it said I went .8 miles. What a joke.3) you cannot text back. Customer service claims you can, but you have to use AI voice, the same as you would with Siri (it IS Siri).4) the BPM for your heart rate is totally off. During my run I was only at 89 BPM. Ummm okay?5) the sleep tracker is also hilarious. Claims I only had a deep sleep of 55 minutes. Yeah okay.6) the watch is poorly put together. It tries hard to mimic and Apple Watch and it doesn’t come close.Seriously, do not listen to these reviews. I’d pay them 48 bucks just to take it back, but I’ll take the L and throw it out. Thing is a legit piece of crap.

box, packaging was good enough. but the software and the screen clarity is not satisfying. if you want to have an affordable option to go. you can, but rather suggest to have a good branded one.

I got this to replace my Fitbit because for some reason, Fitbits seem to crap out after 2 or 3 years. Anyway.... It had all the features my Alta HR did and then some for a fraction of the price, so I went ahead and got it. I was so excited when I got it set up. It said in the description that it was a smartwatch but I wasn't getting my hopes up. BUT IT IS! It's a full on smartwatch! Like an apple watch or galaxy watch! I love it! Plus I got it in pink! Not rose gold... PINK! So happy about that! It was easy to set up. I had a little trouble getting it linked to my Google fit account but they have customer service chat IN their app to answer any questions and they got me sorted out immediately. Which was awesome! Looking forward to continuing to use my new smartwatch!

So 2 of my Fitbit watches have gone out and I decided to buy a less expensive brand and so glad I did!! This watch does everything my husband's Samsung $300 smart watch does! I didn't expect it to be so luxurious for the price! I just received it so I really not sure how the battery life will hold up but just out of the package I am 100% satisfied! So glad to have a health watch back on my arm!! I would highly recommend!!
