Better sleep
I actually got this as one of my christmas gifts, since I suffer with back and neck pain. I can not sleep with very soft pillows nor too hard. I got this one thinking it would actually be a little softer like it would actually form to my head and neck but it did not. However its been a few weeks my neck dont hurt as much and I can sleep a bit on my stomach now, which i could not do before with out turning back to backpain. My only complain would be, that i wish it was a bit softer. Otherwise, its good..and it comes with the case, my favorite color. I didnt know that and ordered the case seperate so now I have two.

Not what I expected
It's soft til you lay on it, it tightens up and it's like laying on a brick. I had a headache the whole time I used it. I really wanted this to be the pillow for me.I am searching for my perfect pillow so this may be your pillow, but it wasn't mine.
