These Work!
My podiatrist recommended these insoles. I have a problem with pronation, to the point where my knees knock because of it. These insoles do exactly what I need them to do. They provide an amazing arch support, and they tilt my feet to the outside of the shoe eliminating the knee knocking problem. Because of this, they also support my feet properly and help to reduce pain in my lower back due to scoliosis.

Everyone's feet are different. These worked for me the best.
I have been using PowerStep Pulse for more than 10 years on a regular basis. This one seems like a new model of Pulse but same comfort. Will have to update about quality after a few months use. Provide good stability and arch lift without causing pain for feet that tend to have medium overpronation. If you have wider heals, these will work very well. After trying so many orthotics in addition to the custom made ones, I rested on these. They held up nicely for 8 years of very regular use. Can you imagine? But again, everyone's feet are different. These worked well for me for the price I paid.

VERY HELPFUL!!!
AFTER 2 YEARS OF RIGHT FOOT HEEL PAIN, I FINALLY WENT TO THE FOOT DOCTOR. I HAD PLANTAR FASCITIS. HE HAD ME BUY THESE AND GAVE ME THE NAME. BOUGHT THEM. THE ANGLED HEEL WAS A PLUS WHICH HELPS WITH THE CUSHIONING. THE ARCH SUPPORT WAS VERY FIRM AND AFTER A MONTH PLUS THE SUPPORT HOLDS UP OVER TIME. SUPPORT IS STILL THERE. FINALLY, AN INSERT THAT ACTUALLY WORKS. I WEAR THEM IN BOTH SHOES EVERYDAY. THE PRICE WAS A SMALL CONCERN, BUT MY DOCTOR WAS ADAMANT WITH THIS BRAND. HE WAS RIGHT. I WOULD HAVE PAID DOUBLE FOR THESE.

I've reordered
These fit well and provide excellent support. I have tried so many but have now bought two of these. I may try a thin cushion insoles for more comfort. Overall, I'm extremely happy with these for support and pain relief.

comfort immediately
I have used half inserts and my heels still bother - once I tried these full inserts my feet feel so much better.

Awesome! No more planter fasciitis
Wonderful! Cheap compared to ones from podiatrist. Fit it all shoes with removable liner.

Work very well
These are well made shoe inserts which relieve some arch problems. I have used them for several years and am quite happy with them. They do not take the place of professionally made inserts which correct major arch or pronation problems, but I replaced my professionally made inserts and like these better. They are durable, but do wear out in time depending on what they are used for, walkers or runners, big or small. I recommend giving them a try.

Nice, but durability is questionable
The cloth on the top started peeling away almost immediately. Then the arch foam cracked on one side after a month. Overall I’m not too impressed

Good insoles
Good quality, I am 250+ and the arch support holds up after a week of steady use at work.

Great off the shelf orthotics
These work great for me in my sneakers with removable footbeds. Good for anyone with medium to high arches.
