The first time I bought it for myself (black and white) the other 2 times I have bought it in color as a gift and I have loved it. Best idea for a lasting memory.
Love it. Carefully crop the picture you want used prior to using the photo first. I did not do this. Thinking the placement, I put the picture to fit in the area provided before purchasing would be what they use but this was not the case. They went bottom of photo up, I can't remember if i had to attach a file or not its been a while so that may have not helped in my case. Hopefully it will for the next person. Would make a lovely gift or present to others and cost was not outrageous either!

No! What I expected! 😞
This was a photo of my son on his engagement day with his fiancé. It is too DARK and I can barely see them. The 3rd photo is what I sent. I expected an item like the last one from the Amazon site. The dark gray, almost all black, is what I got. I cannot give that to them. I can’t get in touch with the company to try to get this corrected.

I rarely write reviews, but.........While I truly like this item. I just wish that my (mother in the middle) hair would have been separated or cut down more on the left-side; like the right side, when the item is facing you!Other than that, I LOOOOOOOOOOVE this product!!!

Small but nice key holder
Details are great. I am satisfied with purchase and wood picture. Took off one star because small in size makes wall look empty still, and wood not sturdy enough for tiny screws need to be longer tiny screws. Easy installation. Very light weight. I think for its small size could be used as a jewelry holder. Always read the description for details and size people.
