Is this the same thickness and material used for those 3d face masks? How is it as a face mask?

Can this be used to make Koozies for cans/bottles? Also can it be embroidered on? I want to embroider on it too.

Does it have a gloss to it? I’m trying to find glossy neoprene.

Would this fabric be suitable to make mermaid tails with? is it waterproof?
