I am 5'1 can i use this ?

of course, you can use because this machine can adjustable

Does this fold up for storage?

of course, the bottom bar has a hinge in middle, so it will close up tight to a corner or up against a wall

I'm 5'9 im not clear if the handles should be placed in the the second hole from the top, are your arms supposed to to stretch up ?

The vertical climber is adjustable, the regulate range is 69-85inch, you can adjust it bade on your own height. The climber imitates the action of climbing, you can catch the upright handlebar, you can also catch the flat handles, if you catch the upright handles, when you climbing, the handlebars will up and down with your action, your arms will stretch up

I've seen where the seller has said their weight capacity could be up to 330 lbs. Is this accurate cause Amazon says only up to 250 lbs. Which is it?

Many customer whose weight over 250LBS bought our product, they didn't feedback our product has problems, the product fits for 250LBS, but if you over 250LBS, you can still use it, the vertical climber can use for 300-330lbs, if the product has any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us.
