Just purchased and need to put into my car. I have a half a tank of gas in the car. Does this need to be put it when tank is near empty only?

The most helpful answer is to add this product when the tank is full or when at the gas station filling up. Do not run the product on an empty tank and expect it to work like gasoline. If you add it to a half full tank of gas you might not get as good a result as when the tank is full.

I have a 2010 honda civic ex sedan. what is the difference this stuff and lucas 10003 upper cylinder lubrication & injector cleaner 32 oz.? thank you.

Different stuff in them, but both are suppose to lube the upper cylinder real deep like..

How many gallons does it treat?

I think it cleans up to 25 gallons. I use it once a month and wont use anything else. but i also drive about 1000 miles a month. Just dont over use it or it will cause some problems. Keeps your fuel system and intake clean.

I have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 engine size 5.9 and I usely use sea foam so my question is whats the diffrence between the two?????

I've used both of these products to clean my engine internals, fuel system etc. I have an Infiniti G35 with a 3.5 V6. I can't really speak to the difference between the two products in detail other than reading and researching the ingredients and purposes of each. However, I used to have really bad pinging due to carbon buildup and tried Seafoam and Lucas deep clean... But I found that they relieved symptoms only temporarily. Now I exclusively use Gumout Multi System Tuneup as it works much better than Seafoam and Lucas. It has a higher concentration of P.E.A. which is scientifically proven to clean engine internals and fuel system components. I would also give high marks to Redline SL1 and BG 44K but they are more expensive. Watch reviews/tests of Gumout MST on YouTube via Scotty Kilmer and several others... Best of luck to you...

Incredible fuel treatment and improvement right away!

Incredible! Used 8 oz of the 16 oz. Bottle in my full tank of premium gasoline for my 2014 MB E-350 (17 gallon tank). Immediately I felt the difference. No hesitation, more power from start and smooth riding on the road. It also stopped some valve lifter’s knocking. Kept 1/2 a bottle for another treatment in 3000 miles. Really satisfied with this product! Lucas Oil: I would have prefer for the bottle to be transparent or have a vertical window design to be able to see how much to use.

Cantidad y precio correctos para lo que hay. Lo.eché en el tanque de minxohce gasolina, de unos 45 litros y cuertamente se quitó un poco es típico olor al arrancarlo un poco fuerte del tubo de escape. Cada año li usaré para un mantenimiento. Lo veo bien!

What's important to you?

I was somewhat sceptical about any of these snake oils for cars actually working but this does seem to improve performance and fuel economy having used it a couple of times. I'm no expert and couldn't tell you facts and figures derived from extensive research but I know how my car drives and there is an improvement albeit slight. I would probably have to keep using this on a long term regular basis to see anything better happening but I have no idea if the extra expense makes it viable. I guess it might improve the life of the engine overall so if you are planning on keeping the car for a long time it could be peace of mind for you.
