We love this electrolyte supplement. It has a great smell and horses easily eat it. We have 19 in our herd and feed during coldest months of the winter to encourage drinking to avoid compaction. We purchased from here to get the largest quantity for price, we have not found anywhere else comparable with fast shipping.

Replaces electrolytes and is a very good supplement.

Have always used the farnam electrolytes and will always continue to do so. 13 years and I still prefer this to salt blocks and salt licks. Price is reasonable with the free shipping since most retailers charge less for the initial costs but screw ya on shipping anyway. Buying in bulk is cheaper in the long run and especially if you live in the south, this will help your horses sweat and hydrate. We have a 16 y/o gelding and a 26 yo mare.
