USB Cable Cord Replacement Compatible with Olympus B 510 digital camera works great, always needed a cord with each computer so I don't have to change computers when I want to download photos or have to unplug the cable, transfer to the other computer only to have to return the cable later.

I bought an Olympus SP560UZ years ago, and recently decided to start using it again. Unfortunately I had misplaced the connecting cord that came with it, so I couldn't figure how to get photos from camera to PC. I had multiple cords from other cameras but none would fit the Olympus, and I couldn't find the right cord at local retailers either. I ordered online on a Wednesday, and by Saturday I had the cord. As you may see from the photo attached (which I took, then downloaded to my PC) it works beautifully.

This is a high quality cable that works well with minimal modification. When I first got this cable it would not work correctly with my camera until I read some reviews and realized that there is too much material around the connector that connects to the camera for it to make a complete connection to my Olympus Pen-F. I had to take a razor and shave off some material, and then it worked perfectly. So, while the connector is appropriate for Olympus cameras, this is not compatible as is with all Olympus cameras unless you make some modification to the cable on certain Olympus cameras.

It didn't seat properly and didn't work with my E-M10. According to the specs it was fully compatible w my camera but it just didn't fit. (I wanted a spare cable, the original still works well.) I don't know if it is a design disaster or a specimen failure, but please save your money if you rely on it to work as advertised for an Olympus E-M10.

I had to order this for a found camera. Years ago my husband was on a base overseas and some camera was left behind. So he kept it and tried to get it working with no avail because of the strange charger and stupid proprietary memory stick. We find it in our move about 12 years after he brought it home.The cable did the trick! We actually recoverd all of the guys photos and decided it was worth getting a battery for it. Still trying to find the man, but thanks to this cable WORKING and arriving on time we found a new "where's Waldo" situation.

Not sure if it works or it doesn't. Never got to use it because it was the wrong size for my mini camera I just never returned it.
