does it have onboard memory?

Yes the mouse will retain your settings (DPI, color, etc) in the mouse itself. You can plug it into another PC with no software and it will use those settings.

is the Sensei 310 the same size as the Sensei Raw?

No. Unfortunately not designed for smaller hands. Unlike the raw it doesnt have the concave design so your ring finger and pinky just feels awkward to thus putting your grip on the mouse in a awkward position.

Are all four side buttons on the mice usable at once? Or is it like some mice where it's one set or the other?

I have this mouse and cannot figure out how to make the right side buttons active. Currently the left side buttons are B5 and B6 and the right side buttons are set to page up, page down. I do not know how to flip these so can play as a lefty.
