I read through all the negative reviews and I almost didn't purchase this because of them. I finally measured my body because of all the claims of it being small and the measurements convinced me that it should be fine. Now after having this for about a month and using it, I can't even understand the heavy criticisms levied against this product.1. Criticism that it's child sized....NO, I'm 5'5" and weigh 190 pounds and am large frame and large chested for a woman... it fits fine so, I don't know if people saying this are 300-400 pounds? If so then nothing would fit them and they should realize that.2. Criticism that the Velcro doesn't hold. I've found that it holds very well.3. Criticism that it drips. Maybe it sweats a little on the outside, but all ice packs do this. It has a plush side against your back so you don't get wet.4. It freezes too hard. I don't think so5. It doesn't stay cold long enough. It stays very cold for more than 20 minutes (You're not supposed to ice longer than 20 minutes anyhow) So it stays cold for more than the length of time one is supposed to ice your body.This is really a great ice pack. I comes with a zipper bag to place it inside your freezer in so it doesn't get that freezer smell. I'm glad I Bought it and I'm going to purchase another one so I have a backup.

I tried it out for fit before freezing it, so i did not get to try it out as intended to cool the upper body, but as many have said, it is too small for a normal sized adult, the straps do not fit as shown in picture. I liked the premise but had to return it

I bought this for myself as I get knots in my shoulder blades and most ice packs just don't work. This one is awesome. You do have to fold it to get it in the bag for the freezer but not a big deal. I had trouble with the straps the first couple times but that was more me then the pack. It gets cold and stays cold and is easy to wear. I definitely recommend.

I like how comfy this is since there's a soft lining where it goes against your back, which means you're not giving yourself freezer burn. It has great coverage down nearly my entire back, but the only trouble is that this just doesn't last long enough. I've been using this to and from work while on the train for half an hour, and honestly, I don't think you can use this for more than an hour. It's not ideal, especially considering how bulky it is to take with you. I wish it lasted longer for the hassle it is to take it with me, so I'm not sure I'd recommend it. It's good for short periods and if you can throw it in the freezer ASAP, but that's not quite what I had in mind.

My son ices after working out. This allows him to ice his back without leaks and is easy to use (I don’t have to assist).

Love the quality! I used this to recover from an upper back surgery. One side is super soft. The other is comfortable as well, and feels a bit cooler. It came with a bag that you put it in to go in the freezer. It stayed very clean and cooled quickly. This will last a long time.

Sometimes kinda clunky but to be expected. Very cooling, but in the heat only lasts for an hour or so.

This product is amazing for sore neck shoulders upper back! The Velcro straps can go a couple different ways to be more comfortable. You can stand up against a wall and gently roll back-and-forth my goodness it is amazin. A reusable bag to keep it clean while freezing.

It's the perfect size for upper back and neck pain. It's comfortable, pliable after coming out of the freezer, and the velvet side that goes against your body makes the cold manageable. The straps are adjustable, so you can slip your arms in and tighten the straps to keep the ice pack tucked up against your aches and pains. So happy I bought it and it was delivered really quickly too!!

When I first put it on you don't think its cooling you but take it off you will notice .The straps need to be longer over all not bad.

Works great….comfortable straps keep the pack secure!!!
