Easy to fit .the flock side when used never makes the arm cold ,use other way and on top of a thin shirt minutes on your arm is frozen unfortunately the upper arm and shoulder never seem to get really cold

Was a little tricky to wear, it didn't feel like my shoulder was getting cold enough

The XL is most definitely NOT XL. The fit is not good and the part that goes over the arm goes just half way down not to the elbow as the picture shows also the arm part is really badly constructed and gets loose easily. I am 5ft 6in for reference and wear a size 44 Suit jacket. This is a Medium at best

In preparation for my shoulder surgery to repair a full tear in my supraspinatus, I ordered this. And since my procedure, this is my favorite ice pack. It doesn’t stay cold super super long, but it’s massive and covers my shoulder so well. The straps allow it to stay in place so easily. I saw reviews say it’s hard to put on by yourself but I had zero issues. Super easy to put on, and has been amazing for icing my shoulder post operation. So glad I bought this and I’m considering buying another!

Only used it a few times since I just got it but looks well made and covers my shoulder good! Hopefully the healing begins!
