Had a 2 year old PLX100 that I ruined by mistake so bought this. Absolutely unreal sound. Unless you are a DJ buy this, for audiophiles who are looking for the best sound possible.

This turntable is superb in every way. The plinth is over 20 lbs. Heavy platter and the speed stability and quietness between tracks is the best I've heard. I already had the AT-VM95E cart for nearly a year, and just bought the upgrade ML (micro-line stylus) so it was an easy change out from the suppled AT-Vm 95C installed cartridge premounted on the headshell. this is a superb table, substantial in every way and the tone arm as infinite adjustments for pillar height, tonearm riser/cue lift height, and it even has lead-out shutoff at the end of the record side that can be disabled if you wish. Heavy isolation feet are adjustable to get the table level. The note stability is very obvious on piano recordings with precise pitch. If you can't afford the $1100 up front, take advantage of the 5 months same as cash so as not to by a cheaper table you will regret later on. Buy right, buy once. Cannot recommend this table enough. It is heavy and comes double boxed, so if you need help getting it up a flight of stairs, do it. Set up is easy even with the extensive packaging of the table. You will be up and playing records in about 20 minutes.

Technics tiene una fama impecable con sus tornamesas desde hace mucho tiempo, y al sacar la SL-100C de su caja, me quedó claro por qué.Es un equipo muy sólido, es muy notorio el control de calidad que tiene. La primera calibración no fue muy difícil. Incluye todo (a excepción del preamplificador) para que la hagas sonar saliendo de la caja. Escogí este modelo sobre el sl1500c porque en realidad no necesito el preamplificador y de todas formas quería cambiar el cartucho de fábrica. En la foto no lo había cambiado aún. Viene preinstalado un atvm95c que no es para nada despreciable, pero mejorando el cartucho es muy notoria la respuesta de esta tornamesa. Si ya tienes un buen equipo al cual conectarla, vas a sorprenderte con su sonido y vas a brincarte todos esos problemas de ruidos y demás que vienen acompañados de tornamesas más económicas. Una buena pareja para el ifi zen phono. Es muy silencioso, no me gasté un dineral en cableado para conseguir que no suene alguna interferencia o estática, solo me fijé en que el anclaje hiciera un buen contacto, que fuera de calidad el material y que vinieran forrados internamente los cables. Usé el cable de tierra que trae de fábrica la SL100C y lo conecté al preamplificador. Van a un Denon AVR-X3700H. No siento que necesite otra cosa que no sean más discos.Lo encontré a $22,387 a 12 msi a finales de agosto de 2023.Vale totalmente la pena.

This turntable takes everything that's great about the sl-1200 and packages it in a streamlined form that works great in the home as opposed to the DJ booth. What a huge step up from my $250 turntable in overall quality and most importantly, quality of sound. Worth it.

Tenia otra tornamesa de gama media qué con el tiempo dejo de ser funcional, al escuchar está Technics noté qué la calidad de sonido es muy bueno nada que ver con la anterior, la recomiendo al 100, si quieres escuchar tus viniles con calidad de sonido es la opción, solo si es recomendable tener un buen amplificador para que realmente valga la pena está compra.
