Last year on the recommendation of a friend who has severe arthritis of the hands I purchased the Cucumin Gold product for joint knee inflammation. I’m 52 year old male with a history of knee/ sports injuries and three resulting surgeries. I have been taking 100-200 mg of Celebrex since my mid thirties so I could continue hiking and doing other sports related activities. I live in the Virgin Islands so my primary work out is ocean swimming and paddle boarding. However having the ability to walk daily and hike on vacations is hugely important to me. Fitness is a high priority in my life as well as a healthy life style. I was at first skeptical but the results have been remarkable. I began to notice the effects after roughly two weeks. I mix it into organic pomegranate juice with a pinch of pepper which some have suggested increases the absorption rate. I’ve weaned myself completely from Celebrex and just use the gold product daily with a few other joint support supplements. Being someone who is hyper sensitive to my daily knee conditions there is no question that it has been tremendously helpful in reducing pain and discomfort. I’m back to walking and doing moderate weight strength training with minimal issues or pain flare ups. I ice after every work out preventatively. What triggered me to look for an alternative to Celebrex was my blood pressure went from a normal level of 120/75 to upwards of 150 plus. It scared me as did the warnings about elevated stroke and heart attack risks! After so many years of usage I was seriously concerned. I just introduced my 18 year old niece to the Curcumin Gold. She suffers from adolescent rheumatoid arthritis so I’m hopeful that it will be as helpful for her as it is for me. This is the first review I’ve ever posted on amazon and likely the last, but since I have dealt with chronic knee pain issues for many years I felt I would share my personal experience. I encourage everyone to investigate all homeopathic remedies when possible. I have a friend who has done the stem cel therapy using stem cels harvested from his hip bone. He was able to avoid knee replacement surgery and it’s been five years. That is also something I’ll consider down the line however if the Curcumin gold can keep me in relatively good shape that will be my go to medicine for now.

i shall probably take this stuff all of my life; it takes care of the arthritic pain in my back and shoulders so well and it's easy to digest. It has a very strong, sweet and tart taste to it but other than that I am perfectly happy with it. All other curcumin gives me stomach problems...even taking after food so this liquid one is a blessing for me. I also have high cholesterol not from my diet and this is what I rely on with fish oil to keep my arteries clear. I highly recommend it..it's expensive but worth every cent.

First off let me say with all the fads and new pills out there, it's crazy! So I admit I was skeptical when I saw the price and the claims. I suffer from gout and arthritis fairly good. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised with this! Taste is pretty good, it is strong and spicy ginger flavor. To me that means the product is potent. It must be because WOW after just a week my painful knee joints and arm are so much better!! I am truly shocked. If it does this good in just one week, what will a month do? So, to me seeing the results is proof it works, and now the cost is well worth it! Buying much more soon.

First of all. If anyone says it tastes great, I have a cast iron stomach- it is horrible to taste and it stains permanently. If you want to permanently paint something golden color, this the gem for you. On the positive side, I have severe rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years and ONLY biologic med that curbed it after trying 25 different meds for RA and being in a trial, was miraculous Xeljanz. But it has horrible side effects! Clinical trials are disturbing. I stopped it to experiment. I can go 10 days without getting the first symptoms of cartilage and joint pain. I mix it with kidney stuff since Xeljanz has a negative creatinine effect. Now I am balancing both. With insidious RA you have to be your own scientist to protect your body. In my case, my IL6 was high. In other RA victims it is TNF etc.

I've purchased several times in the past from these guys and they were always great and responsive, and the products were very high quality - so with this new one, I already trusted them. I was not disappointed! Curcumin Gold is an excellent product in every way. It tastes great. It has a squeeze valve on the bottle cap that avoids messy spillage and lets you get efficient access to the product. You don't need much of the product either. Follow the directions! One teaspoon is all you need. More is overkill. I don't think there is anything about this product I would change. The big test was when my wife tried it. She hates everything new! But surprisingly, she loved the taste of Curcumin Gold. So it looks like I'll be a regular customer!

I like that is is pure substance. It is a bit costly for my income. What is you most economically way to receive and take this product?

When I ordered this, I was hoping it could help with some pain, inflammation and swelling I was having in my pinky finger - the only place I have what feels like arthritis-type symptoms. It really did seem to help - by the third day of taking it, there was a noticeable difference. I waited to post a review so I could finish the bottle - about 15 days. It just so happened that two days before my order arrived, I got some kind of virus, with congestion, aches, and eventually a sinus infection and even a cough. I'm told this virus was widespread in my area, and I usually don;t even get sick. When I do, I prefer trying holistic solutions, supplements, old-fashioned rest, etc. What I noticed is that taking this supplement also seemed to help reduce symptoms much more quickly than my husband who also got the virus. He was taking our regular vitamins, and vitamin c, but not this supplement. I can't prove it of course, but I really think that taking the Curcumin Gold helped me get better much sooner. It's not a cure-all, but for me it was worth the higher price point - I'd been struggling to be able to play my guitar with the sore pinky finger, and by day four, I was playing again. :)

I've suffered from chronic pain for years and I did a lot of research into natural products. I came upon Curcumin Gold and have been super impressed with it. I notice a big difference after a workout when I mix it with almond milk and a little cinnamon - great recovery drink. It's very strong in terms of flavor and can stain, so don't take it straight (IMO).

This stuff works for me! I have sore hands (mostly the finger joints) from years of labour with contracting, working tools and building. It does wonders! If I cut it out for a couple of days I notice the pain creeping back. I will continue to use it!

I have tried many different brands of turmeric and when I tried this rather expensive brand, did nothing for my pain. I have moved on!

I've been using it for 3 months. I love the taste and believe it's working to reduce inflamation.
