Out Front Bike Mount

This thing is fantastic! It's by far the most secure and easiest to use phone handlebar mount that I've ever used. (And I've tried a variety of clamp-style options.) It is expensive compared to other mounts, so I was a little skeptical at first, but it's very well made and has a great design. The mount is small and unobtrusive when not in use, which is nice. The best feature is that you can instantly clip the phone in or out, so I use this mount much more than any previous mount. The phone locks in instantly with magnet and clips, no fuss at all. And it's very secure: I've gone over bumps at speed, even dropped the bike, and the phone stays securely in place with no movement. It also clips out instantly with the press of a button, so it's easy to take the phone off when locking up the bike. The phone case for the Pixel 7 fits well and works with wireless charging. And the mounting hardware adds almost no thickness to the case, it's still very slim.

I am really happy with this purchase. I had a couple of phone mounts from purchasing for my Peloton till I found the right one. I tried what I had on my bike and just wasn’t happy. My brother-n-law uses an older version of this product so I thought I would try it. I also did a bunch of research and this mount consistently was in the top 3 of a handful of articles. I couldn’t be happier with the product. Build quality is excellent. Easy to install. Wrenches down to be super solid and stays in place (which was my biggest issue with the other options I tried, just way too flimsy). I’ve used it on several rides. I do wish the clamp were slightly larger to fit my bars but still not an issue or deal breaker. Also couldn’t find an iPhone case for my old iPhone X Max. Not their fault really. Ended up buying an iPhone 11 case and it works great for my rides. No issues. SUPER happy with this product and would highly recommend it. The “Stretch” rating ask for this product does not apply so I left it blank. Not a fault of the product but of the reviewing tool. Good luck!

I honestly didn't know that the perfect bike mount existed until I bought this one. I love how it's designed and how it works (there's no quicker or easier way to secure or release my iPhone than this mount!). It comes with all the parts to install it on my handlebars, and it's so incredibly built that I expect it to last forever. Wow. Do not be tempted to buy some cheaper alternative, this is completely worth your money!

There are other designs out there, but I think this one is the best. It fit perfectly on my mountain bike after getting the correct shims (included) installed. I've been using this about 6 months and have had zero problems with it. I ended up buying the connector to stick onto the back of a Spigen case. Peak Designs doesn't make a case for my phone. Again no issues with the small square connector either. It's easy to install, easy to put your phone on, and you can rotate it up with the included knob if you want to record something. I tried this and it didn't really work, far to much shake, but that's not from the mount. Overall I'd absolutely buy another one if needed.

This is with out a doubt the friggen coolest mount available. Even worked with my race face bars. No more getting lost on the trails for me this and my trailforks app are now bff! Also has an attachable gopro mount, might be able to use for a light as well. Sturdy billet aluminum, with a stout magnet + latch system I love this thing. The phone case leaves a little to be desired in the way of style, but honestly its growing on me because of the mount. I just wish they had more colors and styles, the minimalist case is made well and the quality is there just a few options would be cool. Did I mention I love this mount!

I replaced my Quad-Lock bike mount with this one and it is a huge improvement. The phone attaches and detaches from the mound effortlessly, but remains locked in place while in use, so you never have to worry about it coming loose. Anyone that is considering a Quad-Lock mount should know that it is extremely difficult to attach to the mount, and and the iPhone case does not support mag-safe charging very well. Thankfully neither of these issues are a problem for the Peak Design mount and case. My phone charges on my Apple Mag-Safe charger instantly and never stops charging, like the Quad-Lock case. Peak Design is a better produce in every way.

The bike mount offers a hassle-free installation process and exudes a premium quality feel. It boasts exceptional sturdiness. Nevertheless, it's important to note that it's exclusively compatible with the Peak Design system, necessitating a slightly higher investment. However, the peace of mind it provides in securely fastening a valuable thousand-dollar phone during bike rides makes it a worthwhile expenditure.

So this is a perfect example of “you get what you pay for”. This mount is made from high quality metal and secures to the handle bars extremely well. When this is paired with a Peak Design Everyday phone case you do not have to worry about your phone coming off at all. Very quick install, your phone snaps on and off with the ease of a button on the back. You can have it in portrait or landscape mode. Well engineered. Feels really sturdy and great quality. Very secure once it’s locked, already took it on 20km ride on uneven pavements and road and works perfectly fine. Very easy to lock on as well, don’t even need to adjust. I literally drop my phone on the holder and it automatically locks.
