I bought this because I realized that the price for this item was much better when sold in like new condition. After years of using tin roasting pans, I wanted a stainless steel one, but the price made me hesitate. I mentioned to my friend that I bought mine used, and then I showed her the roasting pan. I explained that it truly was “like new,” and she agreed. This pan is very sturdy, and deep. I was pleasantly surprised that is came wish w V shaped roasting rack, a level roasting rack (on which the V shaped rack could be placed, and in addition to that, a meat baster was included. This baster even included a mini brush to use for cleaning the baster, a class act! It is made from stainless steel that I was able to clean and make it look new again. The pan is a decent size as well for my needs.

Not too shabby! I just opened my sourdough cottage bakery and bought these so I could bake more than one loaf at a time. For loaves 700g and under this is PERFECT. For all larger loaves, they’ll hit the lid as this pan is too shallow. I baked at 500 degrees for almost 8 hours and it held up perfectly!

Purchased this as it was cheaper than a dutch oven and I am wanting to get into bread making. At first, I was afraid it would be too small, but its the perfect size for the loaves I make. It came well packaged and my bread has turned out well since I've been cooking in it. I have only had to rinse it out rather than do a full wash since I have a bread sling that keeps the pan from getting much in it. Since its small, its easy to put away and yet still holds a lot of my bread supplies so that I can keep that all together. If you are looking to make a dinner for a large family, this will be too small. But for my just budding hobby of bread making, its the perfect size.

My 16lb country ham fit perfectly. Pan is exactly as advertised. Lid did fit well. Now where do I store it in my small kitchen?

This is a decent small roasting pan for a 2-3 person roast. I bought it primarily for baking bread with. However, there are some issues with the pan that some may find a deal-breaker. 1) The edges are sharp and if you're not careful, you could cut yourself. This is true for both the pan itself and the edge of the lid. 2) I haven't determined which is the culprit, but the lid does not sit completely flat on the pan. There is a slight rocking. Not sure if it's the pan slightly warped or the lid. This may be by design to let moisture out, but I doubt it. 3) Several others have mentioned the enamel peeling off or being delivered with flaking enamel. They're not necessarily wrong. Mine arrived with enamel bubbles along the lip of the pan and a small section of enamel worn off on the handle of the lid. Again, for my purposes this is a decent pan and the above-mentioned issues aren't a real deal-breaker for me.

Der Bräter ist formschön, aber leicht wie eine Pappschachtel ( hauchdünnes Blech). Ausgerechnet auf der Unterseite sind scharfkantige Emaillenasen, die mit Sicherheit ein Ceranfeld zerkratzen würden. Ich habe das Teil zurück geschickt.
