Used this same stuff on my motorcycle air filter years ago. Pulled the filter for cleaning, and the filter clearly worked. Washed off the crud with water and dish soap, and applied fresh filter oil. 8 oz is probably enough to last me several decades.

easy way to save money with K&N filters, this makes application more exact. so you don't put too much oil on.There seems to be less waste and better placement of the oil on the filter with more control of amount and placement when re-oiling the filter, but then again I'm a messy person. I use this for the main application and then use the spray can for touch ups if an area doesn't look like it got an even coat of oil. I decided I'll buy it by the gallon next time and re use the bottle or just get any kind of squeeze bottle and a old sprayer to use. I have a few items with K&N filters in them and it's much cheaper than buying regular ones, and I have noticed better fuel mileage.

Read some reviews about how this quantity will last a lifetime. I used a whole bottle to fully saturate all pleats on mine - a larger size filter albeit- 2016 Sierra with a 5.3. Now if you have the smaller cone type, sure this will last multiple changes…. For sure

Not in my mower instructions or generator ! but on the internet. . oil on air filter keeps dust out . This oil is the correct oil . Toxic use gloves and glasses read instructions
