HYDRION pH 15 Foot Roll with Chart and Dispenser 5.5-8.0 pH Range

Great pH paper for working in the neutral range of pH. Easy to use, a fair amount of test paper for the money (~150 or so tests if using 1.2 inch strips), easy to read based on how dark the paper is (so probably fairly easy to use even with colorblindness), and results are consistent with a digital pH meter.

I use this when canning tomato's and other things to know when to adjust the acidity of the product before canning in jars. This is more accurate than just guessing.

Works well

it's a little hard to rip off the holder nicely. It's like how that new wavy toilet paper tears. I got different readings from two different brand papers which is not reassuring when trying to keep my pH in the 7 range for health concerns. I wanted more accuracy and got more confusion.

Great for what I need it for! - I use these to test my dogs urine actually. She has a history of bladder stones and using these strips helps me keep her urine at a lower (correct) pH and lets me know when its off!

I’ve been buying these very reliable, easy to use test strips for close to 20 years and check my numbers nearly every day as it helps see what diet does to your alkalinity. I like to be more on the alkaline inside than acidic for many reasons.

Based on all the very good reviews, this product appears to work well for testing saliva and similar applications. I purchased it specifically for testing hot tub (spa) water. This did not work at all. I was getting readings of around 6.5 using this product but I knew the actual pH was closer to 7.8 based on other testing methods.
