This plate carrier for the price gives you more comfort, speed, customization, and quality than nearly any other plate carrier for the price. The sizing is typical of any standard plate carrier. The plate bags (front and back) are sized for standard 10x12 inserts (foam or sapi style). The shoulder pads are cushioned, and can be adjusted in length by adjusting the velcro strap. The cummerbund (Sides) are held via velcro that's sandwiched from your rear panel, additionally, each side of the cummerbund has a portion of elastic that contracts and expands as you bend and move. This cummerbund design allows you to easily and quickly adjust the sizing compared to other plate carriers, the elastic is a great touch too. This allows you to fasten the system tight to your body while still allowing for flexibility as you bend and curve. The plate carrier uses fast clips to fasten the plate carrier closed around your body, which is faster and safer in the event of injury. The clips are durable and have lasted with consistent usage of the last year. This system also preserves the velcro front panel as you don't need to remove it nearly as often as you would on a standard plate carrier. This also gives the benefit of more adhesion with your front panel, which also doubles as a placard. The placard, which is the front panel of the vest, is held via velcro and two clips. This can easily be removed and swapped out for different setups, if need be. Uniquely this plate carrier also has a rear placard as well, which will allow you swap out day packs or other setups you have. I haven't seen this before but it's a welcome feature. This is also a really comfortable plate carrier, the insides of the plate bags have a removable cushion that helps keep it comfortable and breathable. The shoulder pads are satisfactory, and the cummerbund has inserts which could hold foam or small sapi style side inserts. This system retains all the great modularity of molle style systems, this includes some other great features like pass through for the shoulders (useful for routing Radio cables or hydration tubes). I can't recommend this plate carrier enough, the mix of 1000 and 500 Cordura makes for a tough package that can withstand rugged environments. I can't speak to if this meets the standars for military or LEO professions, but for the civilian market, finding an equivalent carrier feature wise will cost you nearly double.

This plate carrier is very affordable for what you get, it fits 10x12 plates and is very customizable. It's marketed as a airsoft accessory and not recommended for using actual body armor but I cannot imagine why not. I use it for my bugout kit and cannot recommend it enough, it's intuitive, shipping was fast, and the carrier is very comfortable. It fits all sizes and is a total beast, great quality and material. Solid carrier. I am 5ft9 170lbs and it fits well. I keep mine as tight as possible. I have a athletic/muscular build. It has survived my 6 month deployment bunker diving. I have a camelback on the back and a JFAK. The ammo pouches are solid and replaceable if you wanted to run 6 mags. The admin pouch is decent but a little small. There is no kangaroo pouch. The carrier fits a small/medium SAPI plate no issues. I also run the side armor plates. There is no place for a Kevlar liner unless you want to run a SAPI cut liner behind the main plate but I do not. All the hardware on it has held up well. I am confident it would make it through 1 more deployment. I recommend getting cushioned shoulder pads. The cushioned pad for the chest and back is really nice and helps keep you cool. It also gets all the stink so you can wash it. All in all it is a solid mounted kit or a light patrol kit. If you are going to be rucking I would get a different design. But for Sec fo or anyone who is moving around or mounted, this is a really nice kit. The Use Vaseline to lightly lube your fasteners because the sand will get in them and it won't be as smooth.

I never really write reviews but this plate carrier most definitely deserves a review! The quality is insane! The material, stitching, construction, modularity and comfortability is excellent and exceeded my expectations. I’m prior military and now I’m a defense contractor overseas and I was given a really crappy bulky early 2000s Army plate carrier and I needed something better. I purchased this and I am 6” 1” 225 Ibs and set it up with ease and I am extremely happy with the overall quality, look and comfort of this plate carrier. I was able to easily install and secure two Size Large SAPPI Plates front and back and two side plates on the waist and I’m beyond happy with how it has drastically changed my quality of life while having to wear this all day everyday in fact I even forget I’m wearing it sometimes. If you want something for serious use , comfort and durability this right here is the plate carrier for you!

GREAT product. Size fits amazingly, didn’t have to adjust at all (6’5” 215). Material feels amazing, extremely lightweight, pockets on side straps, feels durable but I haven’t used it yet. I’m sure it’ll be amazing though! 10/10!

I purchased this specifically for load bearing for Run and Gun events. The vest is comfortable to run in with my full loadout (right about 30lbs). Quality seems spot on, durable, no loose threads, what few little strands were hanging off a lighter quickly cleaned them up, no harm no foul. My single complaint at this time is the lack of pistol mag rentention shock cord. The rifle mags have it and I'lm left scratching my head as to why the pistol mags don't. Less than 1/8th mile in to my first run a pistol mag came flying out. No idea how, wasn't even running that hard and all mags were *well* seated in the pouch. I'm afraid I'll lose mags as a the obstacle courses do get complex at times, crawling on your belly, hanging from things, carrying items and all manner of wicked ideas the range officers come up with. Mags are expensive, shock cord is not. I'm getting pouch inserts that have the very same shock cord retention as the rifle mags at $10.00 each. So with a little modification I feel this vest will be 100% for my needs. At the price point I am not complaining. If I can think of it, I'll update this review after it has more use. **EDIT** Pics are of the positive retention I added to the pistol mag pouches. Mod came from Forged Concepts, small Velcro strips with kydex end tabs with holes in them to run shock cord through and a pull tab to put on the shock cord. I won't include a full how-to on this as Forged Concepts has one included with their product. In short, I used "Gorilla fabric glue" to adhere Velcro to the inside front/back of each pistol pouch. The forged concepts mod slips down inside each pistol pouch and is held in place with the Velcro. The shock cord holds the pistol mags in place. No amount of jostling is going to loosen the mags. I have 2 P365 AXG Legion mags in each pistol pouch. This isn't a setup for speedy mag changes. I have it setup for the purpose of not loosing gear while I'm navigating obstacle courses. Just before engaging targets I simply slip off the retention strap, and then do admin work afterwards enroute to the next obstacle/challenge. Hope this helps someone, best of luck!

First, I'm a recreational shooter, comments pertain to quality of the product. Vest checked all the boxes for me based on seller description and what I actually received. Color was slightly darker than image shown but I still consider it as Ranger Green. I prefer it darker anyway. Fit was very customizable and once adjusted for my build the vest was very comfortable, easy on, easy off. Lots of adjustment where it needs to be. Quality of the material, the buckles/attachments and stitching is excellent and find no issue with any aspect of the durability of the vest. I have attached front and side mag pouches and a hydration backpack all using the mole system of the vest and found everything to be straight forward, alignment and security all spot on and the vest remains comfortable fully loaded. The vest certainly exceeds my needs but wanted a tactical style vest that I could adapt to my needs, range or the occasional training session. The vest is top grade in my opinion. Very satisfied with the purchase and would buy from Redemption Tactical again.

The Crusader is the best plate carrier vest! I need one in every colour! .. I also need the matching helmet and other apparel! I got black Multicam - it is stylish! There are lots of pouches and pockets as well as velcro surface area to put patches on! :) It is adjustable and can fit anywhere from a tiny person to a large person! It is easy to set up and they provide instructions if you are worried you will not know how to set up your vest or adjust it. Customer service is amazing!

i dont know why the other reviews say cheap chinese clones as it was not a cheap clone. quality was perfect! and just as well built as my Agilite PC
