I've recently bought two pairs of these wrist supports in the L (large) size. The fit and finish is very, very good. The level of support is in the right place, as well as being effective. They are very simple to put on and take off again. With a low profile hook & loop (Velcro) fastener, it's easy to adjust the tension of each strap infinitely to suit your needsI use just one on my left wrist for Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) as do a lot of hand engraving and it eases that when I wear it evenings and mornings. The 2nd unit is to swap over when one goes in the wash.The 2nd pair I bought for my son, he's suffering with Carpal Tunnel Sundrome in both wrists from years of computer keyboard and mouse use. He has the same high opinion of these wrist supports.In summary - these wrist supports are at a great great price point per pair, offer a good range of sizes, they are very we'll made, and best of all they offer great wrist support and comfort. Unless you like your wrists being drenched in sweat, these wrist braces are a much better alternative to the ubiquitous neoprene ones. It's very hard to find a genuinely breathable brace these days, so I snapped this affordable two-pack up as soon as I saw it!The level of support is excellent, but perhaps too tight. I took my measurements carefully and ordered the one that fit my size, but the hand portion actually compresses my metatarsals together, and the thumbhole was so tight, that when I wore it for a full day, I got a small blister on the webbing between my thumb and index finger. The part that wraps your wrist can be tightened as much as you want, so I'd advise sizing up if your goal is actually less pain rather than more!Another thing that never occurred to me until I tried these braces, is that the palm portion makes your palms slippery. If you, like me, use wrist braces to help support your wrists while doing yoga, you may find yourself sliding all over the mat.Of course, like all braces that attach with Velcro, this one started looking scruffy within a day or two of use, from the hooks pulling at the fabric.In spite of my complaints, I still believe these are very good braces for compression and support, and I'm wearing them every day. But I'm wearing them upside-down, with the thumb hole over my forearm rather than over my thumb. When these start to lose their strength, as all elastic braces do as they age, I'll probably buy these again in a larger size.

These wrist supports are perfect. I can adjust the tightness, the velcro is very grippy, and the material is the perfect balance between flexible and supportive. I use them when playing hockey and pickleball. They seem like they will last a long time. Great quality!
