Pooped after 1st day dosages
My sweet 17 year old kitty Marlowe has been declining with some health issues & had been mostly constipated for 5 days. Saw a Dr after 4 days and she said if it was a week to take her to the ER. Yesterday, day 5, I gave her 3 pills in the morning and 3 pills at night (per directions) and woke up to a soft poop this morning!!!!! I use the Oral health pills daily for little sores she gets and they cure that, so I had high hopes for this! Hands down, best product line! I love this company as well and their customer service is excellent.

Cats will eat these!
This product is odorless and must be taste free. My cat just eats them with her canned food. Effective as well.

Love this product!
It works! I did not have my hopes up for this but desperate to try something. I have a hard time getting pills into my boy so I cut a temptation treat 3/4.( the type that has a delicious soft inside) took a steak, knife tip and hollowed it out, pull the pill in there and sealed it back together with soft cat food. Did that for three of them in the morning and two more later in the afternoon and by 8 o’clock he went! Just crumble more treats around it so they don’t notice the pill.. crumbled up treats to get to yummy inside is the trick! He has kidney disease, so doesn’t get enough fluids. I take him in for fluids once a week as well (this is key if they aren’t going - just ask Vet if you can see the Tech for fluids and should only cost $24 or so. So glad I have this med fir him!

NOT a winner..
Unfortunately, both my beloved senior (special needs) kitties, who are 19 and 20, have poop problems. I believe in Best Life For Pets products and use several because I HAVE seen a difference in my babies and I don’t want to throw pharmaceuticals at them, HOWEVER this one has NOT made any difference with their hard stool, frequency, or booty draggings! And I do everything I can for my guys! Nor has it made/helped them go. Additionally, it has been several weeks since implementing this product AND at 6 pills a day.

Doesn’t soften cats poop!
Pros- The pills have no taste or smell and their easy to give your cat, I crush them in his food. They made my cat feel better. Con- But my cat poop is still hard and he is still having trouble pooping! :( I need a safe poop softener.

I was desparate and this worked better than anything else I've tried.
My cat was in serious trouble. He had been stealing dry food from one of my other cats and doesn't do well with dry food in large quantities to begin with. I normally give wet food in the evenings but noticed he was suddenly getting extremely large and wasn't using the litter box. After a week of nothing but small quantities of wet food, a vet visit and two forms of laxative... after about a week of not having much luck I was getting desperate for other ideas. He was able to get out extremely small quantities of stool, but it was very large and hard so I knew there was some serious blockage and I was was going to have to look into more serious methods which would have been terribly expensive within the next day or so. I purchased this product out of desperation. Once I received this, I gave 3 pills in the evening and I believe 2 more before bed mixed with water & wet food to dissolve. In the morning since I didn't see any stool, I dissolved 6 pills in his wet food. After about 2-3 hours he was able to use the litter box and managed to get rid of a LARGE amount of stool which was the consistency of semi-solid stool & melted ice-cream. This was the first real time I've seen him go in about a week or more, so I'm very relieved to see some progress. This product obviously does something so if it's helped me.... seems worth giving it a try for someone else! Update - That night I decided to give another 4 dissolved in wet food. Next morning after eating some normal wet food without any pills, he managed to relieve himself again. Again with quite a large amount of stool. Seems like this product is working pretty well. Given that he went at least 12 days using other methods that didn't seem to produce any results, the fact that he's better within 12 hours of giving these pills, I can't exactly call a coincidence. This product seems to do exactly what it says it'll do. The recommended is 2-3 pills twice a day, so I'll be sure to reduce the amount now that he's out of the danger zone.

I'm actually stunned!
UPDATE on my review: I still love this stuff. I have added powdered, flavorless Miralax to my routine. I mix that in water with her wet food on most days, then give these tablets when she hasn't had a bowel movement. The Miralax definitely loosens the stool. These tablets help move it out. I am still VERY happy to have found this product. We are back to normal! -------- I'm so happy right now, I might cry. My 17 year old cat is so constipated. She just had her senior wellness checkup at the vet, and everything is great, but xrays show she has a lot of backed up poop. She struggles to go, and it is so hard - like little pebbles when she does. They kept her all day and gave her 3 enimas. When she came home, she really didn't pass any of the hard poop, and hasn't since. My vet suggested giving her Miralax, which hasn't helped either. I ordered this after reading the reviews. It came in 2 days, and as soon as I got it, I gave her 3 pills at noon, 1 pill at about 3pm (all in pill pockets)...it's now 4pm, and she just had a wonderful bowel movement! If you are in this situation with your elderly cat, you KNOW it is cause for celebration! Within a day, within hours, this stuff gave her relief. I will continue to give her the recommended amount every day for a while until I know she has passed all of that stuff that is backed up. Then I will keep her on maintenance. I just know she must feel better already.
