I take several supplements from a competitor, and though they are excellent in quality and customer service, an ongoing frustration has been that almost everything seems to have liver added to the capsules, so to get the dosage of the primary organ/gland you want to experiment with, you have to take 6 caps of each supplement, and you can never be sure of the exact impact of just the actual organ/gland you are targeting. Also, when you take many supplements, 6 caps of any one gets out of hand fast, and, if you want to take a specific dose of liver, or not take it at all, you're out of luck. I was frustrated by the above, along with the high cost, and then I saw the brain supplement by Primal Being, which seems on par in quality and offers a meaningful amount of brain in just 3 caps with nothing else in there. AND the price is lower! I was hesitant simply due to trust of brand and quality, which I definitely have for the competitor, but when I inquired for more details about this, Nick was quickly forthcoming with all the information I needed to make a decision. I'm so glad I ventured forth to try this one! It's been a few weeks, and the most noticeable thing is a huge improvement in the quality of my sleep, as well as my husband's sleep. I've slept for a straight 7-8.5 hours ever since starting this one, and that's been at 2 caps. My husband has a real problem waking during the night and having a hard time falling back to sleep -- that's not resolved (yet), but he notices the quality of his sleep improving, and he has an easier time falling back to sleep. Beyond that, I do believe this supplement is helping my energy level and productivity each day. I just feel more motivated and focused than I did before starting it. For all these reasons, this one's a keeper, and I hope to see more single organ/gland products from Primal Being!

These help me sleep and I don't take full dosage. One tablet every other day works for me.

I love this beef brain because there is just brain with no liver or other organs added. I already take liver and do not need more, as you can overdo the vitamin A. 3 capsules of this beef brain is the same amount as 6 capsules in other products such as ancestral supplements, and much more affordable. I feel sharper, more alert and have an uplifted mood about 30 minutes after taking 3-6 pills. I’ve even noticed I get more deep sleep on my Oura since taking these, about a 20% increase. Amazing product overall, I won’t be without these!!

I can tell a difference on days when I take this compared to days I don't. I feel more clear mentally, have more energy and seem to be in a better overall mood, more positive. This is one of the only supplements I've taken that actually makes a difference in the way I feel and how I function. I also like that it's just the brain without anything else added. I've tried many "nootropic" supplements over the years and they usually only seem to give an artificial boost for a few days. I've noticed sustained gains and benefits from this product!

I like the beef brain and the beef testes the best beef brain is by absolutely the best I don't like the beef blood or the other organs very much because my body is very sensitive so they seem to give me too much iron or something they all have liver with them
