Review: I was looking for a new tent, a bit smaller than the one we had, which had a big vestibule and a full sized fly. I wanted the full-sized fly to protect from rain and wind, but fewer parts. I considered the pop-up kind, but they all were quite bulky and heavy. This one fit the bill literally and figuratively. It is easy to setup, even alone, although a second person helps. It has a full fly and a small vestibule (two actually, front and back). A number of pockets and other conveniences inside. I liked that it has adjustable air vents in the fly to allow more or less air in depending on your preferences and the weather. It comes with the usual set of flimsy aluminum stakes, I'd recommend getting additional heavy duty stakes for difficult campsites with packed ground, gravel and rocks. This is not specific to this tent. If you want to use the fly rectangular entrance as part of the extended vestibule, you need to buy extendible 6ft stakes and additional guy lines either from Eureka or after market. The only downside I can think of is both the fly and the tent are light-colored so the sun comes in in the morning quite brightly. There are some other tents on the market with darker colors that allow in less light. Review: Hi. I bought this tent for car camping. It has plenty of room, enough to hold an inflatable queen size blow up mattress with a little room on each side. The walls are thin because they did not muffle the sound of the people next to us, sitting around their campfire, talking loudly and laughing with little regard to those of us TRYING TO SLEEP at 11 PM. They might be embarassed if they knew I know what Kiki did to her boyfriend the other night. I guess I expected too much of my tent as far as being soundproof. I digress. Easy to set up, tear down and pack. Can't go wrong with Eureka!

I've never had a car camping type tent (since I was a kid that is). I have had countless years in backcountry guiding and adventures in some really high quality tents and didn't want to risk a car camping tent that might blow over or leak. This Eureka Space Camp 6 is extremely well thought out and made to withstand a lot of weather. Very impressed - it sets up easily, on a big scale, compared to backpacking tents. one of the main tent poles had the wrong size size tip and wouldn't fit into the grommet. Within 24 hours, Eureka (Johnson Camping Company) had shipped me a new pole. This tent will be good for extended camping with 2 big dogs, our cots and our gear. Stand up height for us (5'4" and 5'7"). Without the fly, in good weather, there is a fabulous view in all directions and of the sky. With the fly on, will feel secure in bad weather (I mean what's the point of a tent if not that?)

Used this tent for the first time on a week long camping trip this summer. It was a very hot week with a few really heavy rain storms, and this tent was amazing! it stayed completely dry inside. Not a drop, not even condensation! I did a ton of research and this tent has almost all the features I wanted. Full coverage rain fly but still good cross ventilation with the rain fly on. We weren’t hot at all at night because we were able to leave both vestibules open and if it started to rain in the middle of the night we didn’t need to worry about closing anything unless it was really storming. The canopy was great to have too! Bought poles for it. Also the zippers were amazing! My son and I went in and out of the tent a lot, often with our hands full and it was so easy to unzip and zip up the doors with one hand. My only real complaint is I wish it was a little bigger. Even 10x10 instead of 10x8.33 would be great. But that’s only because we use a rather luxurious setup with big cots and pads and I’d like just a little more room at the foot of the cots to store gear. It was fine with 2 cots but with 3 cots it would be too crowded with our setup. I still highly recommend this tent and will continue to use it for camping with just my son, but would buy a larger version in a heartbeat if they made it, and currently shopping for something bigger for when more family joins us on trips.

Easy set up with a little help from my 11 year old daughter. Large enough for 4-5 just what I was looking for. I purchased the footprint and floor ( I thought the floor was going to be too small but when I hooked and tightened it fit fine) Floor of the tent is thin I would suggest protecting it. Haven't had it in bad weather yet but seems sturdy and adequately weatherproof. It's like an extra large version of a backpacking tent
