I was getting bruises on my right wrist area while working as a Medicare Risk Assessment Coder. Once I started using these, actually just the one for the right hand, the tenderness and bruising went away. If you do a lot of keyboarding, I highly recommend these wrist rest pads. It's great to be able to have a pad move with your wrist!

Having tried many stationary wrist rests with no relief, I am here to say thank God I found these. Relief is here. Since the design has your wrists cushioned with every movement at your desk, everything is in alignment. Your arms, wrists, shoulders and neck will feel souch better after 8 hours at work. **Downside, the thumb straps are very uncomfortable and put pressure on the spot where the carpel tunnel pain is on the hands. ***The good news, there is a workaround. Just don't use the straps. They are perfect this way. They stay on and function seamlessly. So the customizability of this gem 💎 has truly been a Godsend. Amen & hallelujah

If your at a computer all day like me these are definitely a must have or if your on your phone a must have

Very soft and comfortable wanted something that could be moved from one mouse pad. All the previous wrist wrests I had were attached to the mouse pad itself. When I found this, I knew I had to try it. What makes this really amazing is that the insides of the cloth exterior is another cloth bag with little beads. This can be taken out to adjust for your personal comfort. I personally left them all in because I like my wrist up a little higher.

These were not helpful and were very uncomfortable. I ended up buying a different design that worked much better.

I would say they work however I'm a gamer so the dont slide very well when having to move your hands fast. When typing they are great

I bought this product to try out since I was having some issues with my desk setup and my wrists. This product did not work for me, and it caused even more pain and issues with my wrists, as the "air balloon" that is inflated to keep your wrists up, can only work for certain angles. If your wrists are too low, depending on your chair and physical body, it causes too much pain on the wrists due to the strain. After realizing this, and figuring out the only way to get them to work correctly, I had to change my ergonomic chair and keyboard, which were both set for my arm angle and body type and size. I tried out this product for 1 month before I just threw it away. I will not be recommending this product to anyone
