This very low sodium soy sauce has a nice taste but it's bland so we enhance it with "fake" salt which is potassium chloride. You should check with your health provider before using potassium supplements because bad kidneys can cause problems with it. We also added Wasabi to this product and it made a pretty good sauce for sashimi. The one star reduction is because of the high cost and the small bottle.

Im Asian and soy sauce is a staple to us by default in the kitchen. But Im also up there, 70sh, so I need to be always conscious of my salt intake. I always flip canned or packaged food at the grocery store for the salt content before I buy it. Companies don't care about using sodium sparingly but I do. High blood pressure results when you don't, especially for us seniors. This is my third time buying this brand and it has done me wonders. Im not guilty when eating my favorite Asian dishes that we home cook. The saltiness and flavor is not as rich as the regular brands out there at the grocery stores but Id rather be healthy than worry about the taste that is slightly bland.

Very good flavor. But a little pricey for the size of bottle.

Excellent flavor without the large amounts of sodium. The only issue is the I can't find it in a bigger size.

This stuff is awful. Doesn't even taste like soy sauce. In reality, it was kinda sweet tasting...like too much sugar in it. Especially for the price, it's not worth it. It's only saving grace is the low sodium in it...if you can stomach the stuff.

for years I have wondered why it wasn't possible to make a Soy Sauce with a reasonable amount of Sodium. It turns out you can. I am happy this product exists.

This was ordered due to husband on low/no sodium daily. The flavor was excellent and actually I love it more than the regular soy sauces out there. I will be purchasing more when this is out. Kudos to food prep who help create non sodium seasonings at a decent price
