I opened this balm and when I unscrewed it, it didn’t want to screw back in. And the balm was delivered to me, melted. and now I don’t know how to screw it back and close it

Why Why Why Do I have to Love it so Much???
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Why why why does this have to be the best lipgloss EVER? Its so freak'n expensive and I've tried all the hacks - elf comes close but nothing is hourglass. Price point is ridiculous but I can't deduct a star... it's that good. Hydrates and plumps like no other. Light mint base is heavenly. Colors - gorgeous... every last one of them and I don't know how they did it but every color tint/tone works. You can't make a mistake in color choice. It really is the best lipgloss I've ever used. Ever.
