Quit thinking about it and purchase them. I’ve been using them for 6 months and the insomnia I’ve dealt with for over 20 years is mostly under control. The first few nights they felt uncomfortable, but I’m used to them now. Blocks out enough noise that I don’t get easily woken up as I’m a light sleeper. My husband is a snorer, rarely does it wake me up anymore. If you’re a light sleeper, but still need to hear your alarm go off in the morning, these are great. I’ll never not sleep with these again. Also, save a few bucks and just buy the M/L. I’m pretty sure the smalls must be meant for little kids.

Best ear plugs ever! I have never been able to keep ear plugs in my ears, and if I did they were so uncomfortable I could not sleep. I decided to try these and they are perfect. They are just the right size, soft and pliable, easy to clean and they block out the noise. Also there is such little pressure I forget they are there which is usually my problem with ear plugs. I am so happy with this product I am buying them for my daughter who also has trouble sleeping because of noise. In fact she has attention problems and these might help her focus too. They are small and not visibly noticeable so everyday wear would be possible. They are easy to clean and come with a small storage container which will be great for travel. I bought other ear plugs to try, but I am sold on these.

These have a lot of greay uses. I use the smaller ones when I want to cancel MOST noise but still be able to hear some things, and I use the larger ones when I don't want to hear ANYTHING (typically on my days off from work when I don't need to be up or need to worry about anything time-sensitive) and just want to fall into a deep sleep. Sometimes I have been woken up due to the sound of loud aircraft flying over or around my home, and it drives me nuts. But these cancel all of that out and I sleep like a baby. I also like that I can sleep on my sides, stomach, whatever and these don't smash all into my ears or hurt them.Also, plenty of other uses for them. Can use them at the range, etc. I've even used them at work when needed to use my airhorn to fend off coyotes. Less impact on my ears.

These fit comfortably and I normally can’t stand anything in my ear at night. They don’t block all of my husband’s snoring, but they reduce it to a decibel that allows me to fall asleep. They are easy to clean, and I love the case so they stay clean and you don’t lose them.

By far the best sleeping earplugs I have ever used, and I've been using sleeping earplugs for 15+ years, so I've tried a lot. Typically, sleeping earplugs bother me if I roll onto the size with the earplug in, so I only use one. These are super comfortable, so i can consistently wear both without issues. They are soft to lay on. Don't fall out. I dont use them for anything other than aleeping, so I can't say how they are in other situations, but definitely worth a try.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product because it looked like it would seal in my ear compared to others. It does seal. Only thing is I lay on my sides and the plugs start to hurt the inside of my ear after a while. Does well with keeping sound out.

They keep the noise down at night without falling out or bothering my ears. Don't bother with the 2 pack and just order the large. The small size is so small id have to be a child to use it.

I love these. I am on my second pair now. My first pair lasted a few years. The little pull tab started to tear and eventually tore off. They stay in my ear well. They provide the quiet I need to sleep.
