Cymbals are a great sounding. I have no issues with any of them. Sound is great, stick response is good. I really have no criticisms. I would highly recommend these for home practice. Definitely loud enough to play along with unmuted toms. The bag is a nice add on as are the tom pads. I personally don’t use the pads much, but it’s nice to have a set for the few times that I do. I’d buy the set of cymbals even if it didn’t come with the pads and bag.

I play drums for 25 years. get complaints from neighbors it’s very loud. I have Never make a review on any social media but I really recommend this. In all honesty, the high hats are a little high pitch, but the other cymbals are really great and the feel the same. The mute pads do make about 60% less sound which is cool. I would really recommend trying this kit for the price

Obviously I am comparing this cymbal set to a $2k name brand set. But I am blown away at the quality sound coming from these cymbals! I listened to all the name brand mute cymbals, and thought they all sounded cheap and tinny. But these do not sound like that at all. There are a few good videos on here to listen to them, but know that even the videos do not give justice to how these sound in person. I am so confident in the sound of these, I am thinking of taking them on the road and just using a set of good mics. Honestly if I can recreate or even get close to the sound of Paiste signature cymbals just by mic’ing these, then why in the world spend money on the real things?… With all that said, I do think the hats are a bit tinny, I will play some mix and match until I find the right set of hi hat sound, but still giving 5 stars. If I could give 6 stars I would! As a pro drummer of (25 years) I am saying you cannot go wrong with this set! Buy them, then try mic’ing them before spending thousands on the real deal, see what you think, see what others think! For me this was like finding gold on Amazon!

Great price sounds and feels like a real cymbal but with half the sound!

These cymbals are probably the best I've purchased for inexpensive low volume cymbals. They also work well in stacks.

Overall good deal. The snare drum mute does not give much mute. Or I would of rated a 5. But I was well pleased with the mute cymbals and mutes for all other drums. I just use a practice pad for the snare drum now. I would recommend this item.

Needed these for my basement set up so I wouldn't annoy my family upstairs. The cymbals are amazing and I love the color - makes a nice change from all the brass or copper colored ones. The sound, I estimate, is two thirds quieter than normal cymbals. They're similar in sound and quality to the Zildjian L80 which cost $400! This set comes with pads for my drums too which is an added bonus - I'd have paid this amount for just the cymbals. The drum pads reduce volume and tone significantly (at least 50%) but they don't feel like normal skins. To keep my wife happy they're fine but as soon as she's out of the house I take the pads off. Highly recommend the set!

Thes symbols are really good for playing at lower volume. Skeptical of sound quality at first, but they sound great. Mute pads definitely quiet but do not stay in place. Some double sided tape takes care of this issue.

Fantastic value, if you're using these for practice or ambient gigs, don't bother with the Zildjian L80s. These cymbals are fantastic quality and will more than suffice. Drum mutes are as described. Not a replacement for quiet drum heads by any means but are a quick and easy solution. If I were setting this up live for an ambient gig I'd probably use the cymbals and the snare mute and moongel the toms.

Me gustaron mucho, comenzando por entender que no son platillos para profesionales, sino de bajo ruido para principiantes más que nada, aunque no descarto que funcionen para alguien más experimentado como opción de práctica en casa. Me gustó la calidad percibida, ya los probé y suenan muy bien para su precio que me parece bastante económico por todas las piezas. Las gomas silenciadores son para tarola y toms, pero no para platillos. En general muy recomendable.

The snare mute doesn’t mute as well as the ones for toms. The ride cymbal doesn’t have a ‘ding ding’ sound like a real ride, but otherwise everything in this overall set is excellent and does what it sets out to do.
