Buyers Beware. An absolute piece of junk. Does not have any suction or vacuum effect whatsoever. The manufacturer should not be allowed to sell junk like this made in China on Amazon, as this is a complete waste of money, time and resources, destined for the Landfill. Thankfully Amazon helped me out with an immediate refund.

I bought this because I have very small ear canals and am forever having problems with getting the wax out. So I saw this and gave it a try. It didn't get out even one little bit, I was afraid to stick it in too far for fear of damaging the ear canal. I don't recommend this product for ear wax removal at all.

At the beginning, I’m skeptical about this kind of product. it works great & does the job for me. It should be good for business trips, too- (Light weight & portable size). The only complain is the plastic case which is a little difficult to open. Hey! But just under $19 bucks!!!

Suction power is almost non-existent but the vibration still helps break loose ear wax.
