Very good sound quality.
My mom has a similar one, but this one is even better. The sound is loud and clear. It works really well. Highly recommend. It requires 2 triple A batteries, not included.

Although it is easy to set, read the instructions first!
So far I love it! I purchased it for an elderly friend who is visually impaired. I am anxious for her to have it. Soon! It was easy to put in batteries and setting the time and date was just as easy!!! Thank you for this product.
