Worked on "Old" (1960's/1970's) Cabinet
I was nervous about purchasing this because it appeared to be at the outer limits of my vintage cabinet's dimensions. Fortunately it worked. The box's condition upon arrival concerned me. The seller shipped it in the dolly's original box (no outer protective packaging). It was quite beat up upon arrival; I was worried that small parts may have gotten lost in transit. Fortunately everything was still in the box so I could successfully assemble the dolly (which was fairly easy, btw), but it might be wise to plan to check the box's contents/assemble the dolly upon arrival so you can return it if parts are missing.

Exactly the right thing!
Adjusts for any size you need, the frame is sturdy, the castors are large enough. It makes easy work of moving a heavy file cabinet around. Perfect.

Good.
Thankfully this came in better shape than some of the reviewers have written. The box itself was ripped and had parts poking out, but the box was in another box, so nothing was lost.It was easy to assemble until I came to place the screw into the last hole and the two pieces didn't line up. I had to drill out one hole to make it bigger to get the two to line up for the screw. Other than that, there were no problems. My file cabinet fit into the dolly perfectly and was very easy to roll into place.

Sturdy and easy to assemble
Today is Friday and I assembled the three roller sets I got last Sunday. I had also ordered two letter size 4 drawer filing cabinets not long ago and already had a Legal size 4 drawer file cabinet already half full. I by my self, installed the three roller sets under the 3 filing cabinets all by myself. As an engineer I like to figure out processes and with thought, my process worked great for me. The legal size Filing cabinet was 10 or more years old so its size may have been a little different from maybe what is made now. You see, there is no strict standardization, that I know of, to control cabinet sizes, so a company who makes these roller sets has to try to make it so it will fit all sizes from letter to legal, but even with in the letter or the legal sizes there are numerous sizes. So having the one roller set adjusted to the max size, the old legal size cabinet fit the base very close. The Cabinet couldn't have been a 1/16" larger or it wouldn't fit inside the angle corners. One more obviously important thing that YOU need to remember, the corners above the castors are the places that supports the cabinet, NOT the middle area between castor corners! I without reservation would buy these again!

Fastener Bolt heads make file cabinet sit unstable and rock back n forth
The bolts they sent to use to fasten the 4 arm parts together leaves your file cabinet sitting on top of the rounded boult heads instead of the flat cart arms. I don't know if I go buy flat head bolts if it will fix the issue or not. The carts I have purchased in the past connected their pieces with a tongue and groove system so the file cabinet sat flat. I may be returning this whole thing if I can't get the cabinet to sit stable. As it is, it could dump whatever I put on top of it off and I am used to being able to set things on top. UPDATE- the bolt type is a carriage bolt so it has a square part at the top of ths shaft under the domed head. The hardware store was not able to find a flat head carriage bolt and the hole it has to go into on the top metal piece is square like the bolt so a round one would not fit right. I will be requesting a refund because for the price I paid, over $40, I should not have to have my file cabinet rocking all over the place! I suppose with enough internal weight it would stablize, but then damage the bottom if the cabinet. I used to be able to get good carts without this issue and they were reasonable in price. :-(

Works well
I already has one of these from a big box retailer. Easy to put together. Holds file cabinet well and makes it easy to move around. Both of mine needed a bit of adjusting and wiggling to get it to sit in right. It doesn’t automatically just fit. Still recommend though.
