Test before renovating old homes!
Super easy to use. Just collect the sample, place in small bags provided, fill out the card, mail it. Once it was mailed we received results within a week, so pretty fast. Results came back negative, just as we suspected, with super detailed information including the pet hair/dander that was in the sample (we have dogs). I would buy this again if I had to.

Fair price for a basic test kit
Comes with two envelopes for samples, gloves and a surgical mask (which really isn’t suitable for asbestos exposure, but is fine if you follow directions) You take the two samples, bag them, then double bag them with the extra envelope that contained the gloves and mask, fill out the card (which is printed on the back of the box insert) drop it in the mailbox and get your results by email a week or so later. It comes with a solid lab report that definitively identifies the mystery material. Exactly what I wanted and not a bad price for two tests.

Would Order Again if Needed
This test kit was easy to use, but the results took longer to get than expected. I feel confident in the results. They were along the lines of what i thought they would be. This gave me assurances of what PPE I needed to use to complete my repair work.

Quick & Easy
Very easy to use. Instructions were easy to follow. Love that lab fees were included & I was able to send in 2 samples. Results took about 5 business days from when they received the samples from me.

If yours includes free labs they will only do one for free.
Sent in and never got results! I sent in another test at the same time as this to the company. Believe they wanted me to pay for a second test even though both came with a free lab ticket inside.

Not the best user experiance.
Website does not let you register samples or tests, android does not let you register account. NY State has a surprise $20 per sample fee for asbestos. Overall not cut and dry at all. Spend a little more for a better polished process. Customer service didn't really have much in the way of help. They want you to use the card and send it into the wind. Time will tell if I get the samples.
