I received this product earlier than thought and packaged and sealed nicely. I have been suffering from hot flashes for about three years now, so terrible I cant do or accomplish anything. I found that this is the main ingredient in I-Cool, but it also contains soy. I figured it was only nine dollars, so it was worth a try. I have to say since Ive been using the Genistein Soy Complex I have been much more evened out when it comes to temperature. If I do get warm its not bad at all and it passes within a short period. Im not sweating anymore either and when I sleep I dont have night sweats. I finally have some relief. I will continue to use this product and give a later update, but as for now this product is a must have for me!

This is derived from soy which affects my thyroid function. Some years ago I weaned off of thyroid medication by avoiding wheat and soy and maintaining healthy thyroid function with diet and supplements. I ended up not taking it. Although it may be good for other people.

I bought Source Naturals Genistein to add to my supplements I take. It is a bit hard to swallow but the flip side is I am 1 year NED! So I will continue to take this!

These are nice. Good quality and all. But I should say that they are quite big tablets for me to swallow, may it's just my issue with huge tablets. Anyway that is my only con, thank you
