I need a light to fit on my 5" ceiling beam and this was perfect. I already had a fixture box that the light fit into since I'm running my wires from the ceiling directly to the light and can't access the JBox. For those looking for a fixture box, this one fits perfect with this light: Legrand Wiremold BW4F Metal Raceway for Extending Power, 700 Series, 5 1/2" Diameter Circular Fan and Fixture Box, 1" Deep, White (1 Pack) However, the light is VERY bright so be aware of that. Might be too bright for my living room but still a great light.

No rust
Purchased this to replace a bathroom light. The exterior is all plastic and good for a high moisture location. The install was a snap, really, attach the mount to your box and snap the light in place. Good amount of light and not overbearing.
