Is this air cooler compatible with default AM5 cooler bracket on motherboard?.

The cooler use the stock amd motherboard cpu back plate for AM4. You just remove the two "hook mounts" from the top side of the motherboard and replace them with AM4 brackets included. AM5 uses the same motherboard back plate as AM4 and the cpu deck heights are the same for AM4 and AM5 cpus. This cooler should be compatible with AM5 just following the instructions for AM4. As a general rule, if a cooler uses a custom back plate then it probably wouldn't work, if it uses the amd pack plate it will.

Do the dual tower/dual fan coolers come with a 3rd set of clips to add a 3rd fan?

Dear customer: The dual-tower fan can only be installed with two fans. If more fans are needed, they can be installed on the side of the chassis.

Will this work with an older AMD AM3+ socket? I want it for the FX8350 CPU.

Yes, AMD have used the same mounting holes from AM2 to AM4 (AM5 differs slightly in the way the backplate/CPU socket fits but the holes are still in the same place). This will fit the AM3+ socket and this cooler is actually a good match for that CPU as it works better on CPU's that are 125W and higher.

Can the RGB be turned off and can you change the colours?

Yes the fans are ARGB and work with any motherboard / hub having the correct header.
