Does this ferrule puller work well for over-tightened compression sleeve ferrule on 1/2'' copper pipe? Especially difficult to remove

Great puller tool! I did it just by myself with this ferrule puller! I changed all the cut off valves to ball valves after several of the old screw down valves broke off in my hands.
