Absolutely top tier and easy to mod!
I’ve beat the hell out of this thing and it’s still as amazing as the day I bought it. Buttons were old school sanwa plungers so they had to go. Just too loud for my liking at this point. Modding is a breeze and if you have a FreakMods lever it fits just fine!!! That was a huge find for me! It’s robust and heavy with padding underneath, fits across the length of my lap, and out of the box it’s tuned and ready to roll! 10/10 would highly recommended and if you’re looking to go leverless you’d be hard pressed not to go with the leverless version of this box! (Lever with small BT is stock lever)

DOA, but giving it a second go
Update: Replaced product is great, received a lemon initially.Lemons are hard to avoid all-together so I'm updating to a 5 star review. I'll keep the old review below, though, in case others have issues/it is useful.-------------------When SF5 came out I developed a repetitive motion injury. For SF6 I wasn't going to risk having the same issue/ordered a stick a month ahead of time, though I didn't open it until SF6 dropped. The Victrix seems great but "up" on the stick doesn't work. The box was in perfect shape, the stick itself is a tank, I doubt it was damaged in transit. My guess is this was a lemon out of the factory, it is too bad it wasn't QC'd given the price. This is the stick I want, I'm going to order another and hope for the best (though quality is now a concern) I'll update this review if the replacement seems okay, I'm hoping this was an anomaly.-R

Rock solid and Beautiful. The best stick I have used so far. Comfortable and sleek. Because of the metal frame it does get cold. Other than that there is zero complaints.

Before you Buy! Do not buy used, zero quality control for used products.
Warning for those purchasing the used $300 option from PDP.They have zero quality control on used products.TLDR: Box was scuffed up, which is not a big deal as it was a used stick.1. Alan key was missing to tighten the link-2 ball top.2. Electrical ribbon was damaged and bent very sharp easily damaging the wires inside (found it tough to get a pic with clarity).3. PCB pins and dock clearly scuffed and damaged. Had I been able to power up the stick, inputs would likely be inconsistent.4. Tried to use the stick, plugged in usb-c and no power. Bought a new usb-c to test the port/cable, still nothing5. USB-C port damaged. This is what happens when a company gets bought out, people get let go, company goals go out the window, and quality control disappears, all in the name of profit. I do not believe it is possible for so many apparent critical functions to be overlooked. This stick will likely get sold off to someone far less knowledgeable in hopes of scamming them out of a return via the PDP process of non-existent customer service or only accept a partial refund. If that doesn't work I'm sure they will just send it out again until someone pays and accepts it,The port, the electrical ribbon, and the PCB, are all serious repairs that require a fully refurbished product, inspected, and tested before being sold. This stick could sell for $120 respectfully, with all the replacements that need to be done. The alan key is just a pain to find the right one, the ball top spins on it's own on the link-2, if you know you know. It's a pain if the ball top is loose. Not so much a monetary issue, but compare it replacing a usb-c, it's a lot harder. Imagine replacing all these parts only to find some input error still there.Having done my research on the current climate of the company, I knew I had to prepare for a possible chargeback or have my bank negotiate with PDP if they were to refuse a full refund. They have a record of horrible customer service that takes a very long time to communicate and also an incredibly strict return/refund policy. I chose to go through Amazon instead, and completely ignore PDP's suggested option to return. I have received my refund in full and am grateful that Amazon does not have such bad business practices. Turtle Beach as many older gamers will know has a reputation for exploiting customers and products for decades. I believe that they are to blame for the change over the past year with Victrix quality. If you do buy this stick, buy it new out of the box. Be prepared for an un-cooperative customer service center. Some common complaints below-That being said, I would have really liked to try this product out. The design was clean and durable, showing absolutely no signs of being used on the aluminum or exterior. Sadly the insides were not so. The insides were a lot smaller than I thought and do not look to have much compatibility for customization. So if you think this is comparable to the Qanba Dragon for customization you will be left wanting. There is one button missing from the current design to favor the PS5 touch pad, which should, but does not function as a programmable button. For some fighting games you may not have access to either the R3 or the L3 with ease. It is possible, but grating to do. There are some guides on how to do so. For those who enjoy using the arcade stick for games other than fighters this may pose a serious issue with a missing button.I have used Qanba for almost 15 years and wanted to try something new. I have never had an issue with Qanba outside general wear and tear and will use my $ to purchase an Obsidian 2.

Top of the line and I love it!
Best fight stick out. If you’re going to purchase a new fight stick in this range, the others dont come close, such as the obsidian 2. Might as well go for the real deal. The ability to mod with custom parts is so easy, one reviewer stated that you cant swap for screw in buttons but that is not true. I currently have gamer fingers and also tried qanba gravities. Both fit fine. Can easily swap to semitsu or other sticks as well but you will need an extra cable to extend the length of the 5 pin harness. Also another states that its “missing buttons”, you can program L3/R3 to the top. People dont read instructions. Smh. Also, it doesnt come with a instruction manual like some expected, you scan a qr code. The manual came with the ps4 version. Not this one.

Nice fight stick with some design flaws.
Great fight stick with some quirks. High quality, great feel— however, there’s a few things that don’t make the most sense. First of all, they have the R1/R2, L1/L2 buttons reversed from their logical orientation, so the R buttons are left of the L buttons, with the L buttons on the right; that’s a broken design decision in my opinion. Second issue: there’s no slack on the internal cabling, so for example if you want to change out the Sanwa joystick with anything else, you’ll need to be sure the connector on your new joystick is exactly in the same location; I tried to change mine with a Siemitsu whose connector sits in the middle of the joystick and the cable will not reach it, so I had to revert to the Sanwa. Pics attached. Anyway, it’s a cool stick, but I feel like they could improve on its flaws.

Love the stick hate the shipper
I honestly felt buyers regret the night before I got this stick delivered. $400 what was I thinking? However soon as I got it out and put it in my lap all I could think about is how insanely well made and fun this stick is. It is better than any video on youtube can show!Warning: The shipper of this product is outrageous. He literally slapped a label right on the factory box and shipped it. So not only is the box damaged, but a lot of people know I have this fight stick in my house. Fortunately no one had time to steal it off my front porch before I got it! Smh!!
