Be careful with measurements as they are in US pints and gallons.
It is good stuff and lots cheaper than ready-made. AND it is natural and organicand ideal to prevent damping-off.However, your maths has to be used, as all the measurements are in USGallons and pints. You need to write the dilution rate on a card to refer toeach time you make a solution up

Unsure whether it would resolve the issue, but it appears to have slowed down the spread and the new growth is pretty much clear of the fungus.
