This book has helped me get control of my diabetes for the first time in years. Book sets things out really easy. With small chapters and daily tasks at the end make it really easy to follow. Also a real eye opener. I didn't realise sugar was hidden in so many foods

Invaluable information ! Amazing read !
Silvana’s book is the one to read if you want to take control of your body and it’s cravings for sugar. It will empower you, is very interesting and is written by the author from personal experience so really resonated with me. It documents her own journey and struggles and it’s a relief to understand that other people struggle daily too with the effects of sugar and it’s long term addiction and effects. It offers careful insight and thoughtful analysis and touches on areas you may not have thought of yourself. It also breaks your journey down into bitesize, step by step daily targets, so you don’t feel overwhelmed, and if you do, it’s easy to step back a day, reducing pressure.I would recommend the book to anyone wanting to learn about and overcome sugar and its effects on the body. For me personally, as a woman who suffers with PCOS, high blood sugar levels and insulin resistance with an unhealthy love of sugar, this has been a wonderful read and a reassuring experience that I am not alone in my battle to overcome this and lead a happy, healthy life.

excellent book - detailed and easy to follow
I found this book very easy to follow and the explanations were detailed enough to understand the reasons behind why we love sugar/ how to avoid it/ how to avoid cravings. but it wasn't too technical to make it a chore to read. It also includes some great recipes. Highly recommend this book :-)

Wow what an amazing book explained in simple language
Great book which tells you all the pros and cons of sugar and encorages you to start cutting it down. Great explanations on why cutting sugar is beneficial for us. Lots of great tips given! Definitely recommend this book to anyone wanting to make a lifestyle change for good health.

So helpful
This book will guide you to stopping a sugar addiction and has along with the first book lose 5 stone so far. I'm unable to excersize due to disabilities but to able to lose weight by cutting out sugar which I always thought of being a "reward" has been turned on its head and I now realise it's a reward to feel healthier and avoid the drug that is sugar. Thank you Silvana!

Love this book easy to follow gives the reader everything that's required to give up sugar .talks you threw the whys you want to give up sugar. The download able work book that comes with book is great keeps you motivated and covers all angles of giving up sugar the reasons we crave sugar .hidden sugars .points us to healthier was of eating .eating out and shopping .also some lovely recipes that are sugar free and great for reducing inflamtion in the body .it's a ten day plan .I would advice anyone who wants to reduce sugar in there diet or to be sugar free .everyone can benefit from this book .

Fantastic for support
This is a great book. It’s structure makes it easy to follow and gives great support for those wanting to kick sugar for good. It can be quite daunting getting started and this book makes you feel like what you are experiencing is normal. I’m 4 weeks sugar free now!
