KingPavonini 4-Height Adjustable Leg Elevation Pillows for After Surgery

I love this thing! I have no complaints so far! I had to have emergency ankle/foot surgery and was using around 6 pillows of different shapes, sizes, and firmness at a time to help support my leg as I had to keep it elevated and to prevent it from rolling around as I slept. It was quite uncomfortable and not easy to manage as they all wanted to move in different directions. I ordered this and had to let it sit for 24 hours to let it puff up after opening and then I have used it nonstop since then. My leg sits perfectly in it and it keeps it elevated and supported and prevents it from rolling around. The main piece detaches from the bottom very easily and I use the main piece to support my leg when I sit up as well so it allows my muscles to relax and keeps my foot from resting on the floor. It’s very easy to move as I adjust positions to get comfortable but it does not move on its own when I’m using it. I even set an ice bag or ice pack under my knee, per doctor instructions for swelling and inflammation, and this pillow allows it to comfortably sit there and still supports my leg. It is lightweight and easy to move around as needed. This was a fantastic purchase and I would recommend it for anyone who is going to have to elevate their leg for an extended amount of time. I have not used the third piece that sits on top of the main piece to make it flatter as I have not needed to because it serves the purpose I needed without adding that. I am 6ft fall so the end of my foot just barely hangs off the end when my whole leg is resting up the slant and across the top but it is very comfortable and does not add pressure to my leg or anything. I seriously have no complaints about this purchase.

This was a life saver when I had a tri-mal break. I was trying to stack pillow under my foot but wasn’t getting enough elevation. I had extreme swelling between the break and my lupus. This helped me finally get into a comfortable position with my ankle above my heart and it’s sturdy to stay in position while I slept. I love the curved design which allowed me to put a couple 20oz frozen water bottles on each side of my shattered ankle. There’s an extra cushion that’s removable if you need to prop into position. I also really like the handles on the front and sides. I was able to stick a bottle into the side handles to hold my bottle of water upright and the handles on the front made it easy to shift positions while my foot is up. There’s a slant to slide towards your body that gives some extra support. And the fabric is soft but not overly warm. The velcro is strong. No regrets. It made my painful period so much easier.

My first purchase after breaking my ankle in three places, knowing I was going to have to keep it elevated for many weeks. I wanted a pillow that would be useful and comfortable and this is just perfect. I don’t know how I would have managed without it. First, it is in pieces, so you can separate the top and bottom pads for lowering the height. This is awesome for pain relief and making sleep better. Second, the little sliver of a pillow that you can use to prop up your foot is so handy for taking with me in my wheelchair to pad the leg extender. It is soft and durable, and easy to carry. Just it alone makes the whole thing awesome. If you’ve broken your ankle, go ahead and get this, some ice packs, and a lot of patience. You’ll need all three.

This was perfect for my needs, after surgery I needed to elevate my foot above my nose 24 hours daily for the next few months. The handles are a huge plus, easy to grab to adjust into place where needed. This is well made and durable and doesn't collapse. The high sides and thin wedge kept my leg from slipping which is absolutely amazing. It is very comfortable for my leg too. I would recommend it for everything that needed a lift for your leg. Note: You need 24-48 hours for the pillows to inflate after opening package.

Like most of you, I got tired of trying to prop up multiple pillows under my leg. So I ordered this pillow and it has been phenomenal. It is super soft, comfortable, and it has multiple layers so you can adjust how high you want your leg.

I bought this for a foot surgery & opened it 1 week prior to ensure it inflated fully. Overall it helps with pain relief when needing to be elevated. However I do wish I would’ve gotten one taller as sometimes the swelling in my foot is so bad that it needs to be raised higher. It’s super soft my dog loves to lay on it too, no odor or anything when I opened it. This is meant for one leg however I can manage to put both of mine on it although that may not be the case for everyone. Overall I’m glad I got it, it does help and I’d recommend it if you’re needing some elevation.

Purchased for post foot surgery and it has exceeded my expectations. Comfortable material and adjustable for different leg heights. I slept through the night the night of my surgery. Handles on the sides and front for easy handling. A great buy!

I broke my ankle and ordered one of these. It's great to have all the different ways to elevate through the process of recovery. The extra middle strip adds to the comfort and helps immobilize my leg. The wedge is a good angle to support the knee and take pressure off the hip. The straps on the side are good for sitting up. I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone with a leg injury. The pillow system came compressed but quickly decompressed after opening. The instructions recommend 24hrs to let it fully expand. I waited approx. 6hrs and the pillow sections were all firm and stable.

I bought this in preparation for my daughter’s foot surgery and I’m so glad I did. My order arrived quickly and in time for her surgery. The elevated pillow helped with easing her pain in the few days post procedure. The height of the pillow enabled for easier wound after care and she was able to sleep better as her leg stayed in the grooved shape of the pillow. The only recommendation I would make to the pillow is to improve the extra padding strip that can be added in the groove as it didn’t really do much laying flat…I rolled it into a ball and placed it near her ankle to give even more height. I hesitated buying as it seemed a bit pricey for the short period of time she would need to use it but it was one of the best purchases we made to help with her recovery. Highly recommend.

This product looks nothing like what’s pictured. Looks cheap and the “velvet” is baggy off the “memory foam” Does not have 4 individual layers to have different heights, only has 2 layers and a little loose cushion that you can double up, which I assume, is the only way it could count as a 4 layered elevated cushion. The sellers return policy is postage returned back to the USA, which in normal circumstances, the buyer has to pay for. I can’t return in this circumstance as I’m bed bound after surgery and won’t be able to get out until well after the returnable period.

Purchased for Morton’s Neuroma op recovery and it is better than I expected. It’s just the right amount of firmness and I love that I can adjust the height. The little movable foam strip to add extra support to foot (so it doesn’t flop off the side and cause pain) is genius. Highly recommend - way better and safer than using stacked pillows.
