Since the time, I heard about the first edible gummy containing Flax seed, I know this would be the best way of consuming the healthiest fiber that is available. None of the other products out in the market have such high quality mixture of ingredients with pre and probiotics.I ordered 4 bottles. Thanks to Amazon, shipping was seamless and fast. When I opened the bottle, I saw a tastefully labeled product with all the information that I was looking for. The twist cap had paper seal. Lid had a QR code when scanned took me to more information.The gummies themselves were the best tasting gummy I have had. The gummies felt moist and fresh, chewy but not sticky, with just the right amount of crunch. The taste was sour and sweet with just the right amount of intensity to be enjoyable. It was tempting to have more than two gummies (recommended amount-total count of 60 per bottle).Each serving has 5g of high quality fiber that doesn’t make you bloated or gassy. Best part are the additional ingredients that I keep on ‘not’ taking. It has Elderberry, Turmeric & Black Currant (antioxidant- Coloshield) in addition to 1 Billion CFU per serving of colobiome. It contains prebiotics. All the goodness condensed into 2 amazingly delicious gummies.Well worth the cost in every way. This may be TMI but I think it's relevant to these fiber gummies. I used to go every 4 days but these put me on track to almost every day. There's no side effects like having diarrhea or running to the bathroom. Will be ordering these monthly!

My order arrives quickly with the Prime option, and after a couple of months ordering, I think I will start using the Subscribe and Save because I keep running out! (The rest of the family is starting to take the gummies too, and because it's so tasty, I don't have to fight anyone to have theirs, only have to remind - even myself - not to eat more than two per day!) Overall, this supplement serves my needs well. Fiber, probiotic, prebiotic, antioxidants. I wish it had a little bit more fiber in it. Additionally, the gummies tend to be a bit sticky.
