"I must admit, I usually find it very difficult to change my sleeping habits. I have a difficult time changing my bed frame, my pillows, my mattress, but I have a bad back that causes me pain and discomfort on a frequent basis, so I’m always trying to find small habits to start to alleviate this back pain when sleeping. My sister recommended this pillow to me, because she had heard about its ability to help with sleep alignment which could help relieve my back pain. The first night, the pillow felt a slight bit different for me, because I’m not used to having a pillow between my legs, and the pillow was a slight bit stiff at first, but given a couple days, it now molds to my shape, allowing me to sleep comfortably and awake without the same amount of back pain I did before. The material so very soft, and not scratchy like some pillows are, and the plushness of the pillow does not go away, but merely molds to your shape once used regularly. The pillow is decent size, to where its discrete when traveling and can fit into a small suitecase, and feels substantial when using it, so it wont fall apart after a month or two. Very happy with this product."

The shape of this pillow is more exaggerated than I anticipated. Additionally, it seems too short. At first it was difficult finding comfortable locations for placement between my legs. And, I immediately removed the strap, I was sure it would annoy me & interrupt easy sleep. Also, I am concerned about keeping it clean since the cover is not removable for washing. With all this said, I would never consider returning this device, it is working very well! Since a bad fall, over a year ago, a nail & screws hold my right leg together. It hurts to sleep on my right side as my hip has not accepted the repair. So nail & hip are soon to be replaced. This pillow is helping me feel far more comfortable when on my left side, my knees no longer press on one another, my injured leg now has support. Most important, I think it will well protect me after the surgery when my hips must stay aligned & my legs never cross, even during sleep. To me, this has proven a well designed, helpful, good product.

This knee pillow is very good. It is made of the memory foam material and is very squishy and yet rebounds nicely once there is no pressure. I was afraid that it was going to be to big when I first saw it out of the package, but once I used it, it compacted nicely giving good support. I am a side sleeper and normally use a body pillow to keep my legs apart. This pillow accomplishes the same goal in a much smaller package. I was able to turn over in bed without having to man handle this pillow like I normally do with the body pillow. The cover is soft and yet looks durable. I took the pillow with me on a trip to see family over the holidays. It allowed me to have comfort without the huge package that a body pillow comes in. Having the product for a little over a week, I am enjoying using it and will likely retire my old worn out body pillow for this knee pillow.

I am a 42-year-old young lady, I’m 5‘7“, I weigh 132 pounds. Unfortunately I was hurt on the job (RN) three years ago and have developed a rare incurable spinal cord disease. I have developed painful symptoms in several areas of my body, including when my legs are together when I’m trying to recline or laydown. I wanted something to put between my legs that was soft, yet gives enough support to keep my legs far enough apart to alleviate the pain of having my knees too close together or having my leg adducted too far. This pillow is super soft, the case is great and fits snugly with a quilted appearance/feel. It is a little struggle to get it on and off for washing, but not impossible. I have removed 2 stars because my legs are thin and not very heavy, yet it squishes a little too much, so it lacks the real support that I need to keep my legs far enough apart to alleviate the pain in my hip. I do still use it from time to time because now my condition has developed to the point that I am having issues with pressure against any part of my body, so keeping my legs from touching one another with a soft pillow helps with that. I didn't care for this pillow. It was much too large and bulky.

This is a really nice, well-made knee pillow; not one of those too squishy ones which I didn't want. Substantial, soft and flexible while retaining good shape and support. Since using a knee pillow is a new thing for me, and with having a herniated disc, it took a little trial and error of just where to place it to feel good. Though it's for exactly between the knees I suppose, sometimes I felt better placing it just above or below between my knees depending on my current pain level, and then adjusting as needed. It really helps, and I fall off to sleep easier. I'm a side sleeper and probably should have been using this all along to keep spine aligned. The cover is very soft and a nice thickness. I haven't washed it yet, but with how well it's made, I can't see there'd be an issue. Great delivery. I would order from seller Addo again.

I am very impressed with this knee pillow. It holds its shape and the cover is soft and very comfortable. Excellent design as if fits perfectly. But most important is the back relief I have experienced. I had 2 lower back fusions and wake up in some pain each morning. I have massagers and do yoga to help ease the discomfort. This pillow has been a great addition to my arsenal to deal with pain. I wake up noticeably with less pain so my early morning is much more enjoyable. I sleep on my side and realized I would let my upper leg slip down putting my back in a bad twisted position. So besides aligning my legs, it also prevents that from happening. Highly recommend this pillow.

Too soft. It did not seem to fully inflate after being out of the compression bag for a several days. Even tried to fluff it in the dryer that did not work. Would not buy it again.

I always wake up with it moving to the side and not really in the position it should’ve been in The quality and touch and smell are amazing though

Product is too thick for me. But may work well for someone taller.
