I've been using this creatine for almost 3 weeks. I'm just starting to notice that I am not so sore the day after I work out. So I feel like I can work out longer without punishing myself the next day. I actually drink a protein shake after workout in the morning while driving home. I've put the creatine in the car so I remember to add it every day. I have also tried adding it to power ade or water, but it does not mix super well. It seems to go straight to the bottom and feel gritty. When adding it to a beverage, I find it helpful to drink it with the a straw so I get all the creatine off the bottom.

Second time ordering this and, between the two, I ordered the more expensive version (w/creapure) and I liked that one more. Ordering this one again was an accident. It’s not bad, I just liked the creapure version more. Creapure seems to be easier on my gut. Neither one dissolves super well but I just stir or shake and drink. So, there ya go. The product does not contain the “creapure” label as claimed in the product description and in the photo. Because that was the only reason I bought it. And when I received it I did not have this information. False advertising.
