The MOTA POT Gift Set

I used my Mota Pot for the first time this weekend. I'm very new to this type of cooking, so it was great to have clear instructions on how to use the Mota Pot. It is so quick and easy that you think "that was quick! Let's do it again!" while thinking of all the ways you can creatively use the butter. Waffles? Hot buttered rum? Maybe pralines... yes now I want to try it all. For my first time with using the Mota Pot, and again- as being very "green" to this type of cooking- I decided to use one of the included mixes, Peanut Butter Cookies, for my first use of the butter. I have to say- Extracting Innovations has really put some thought into these mixes. They taste great, but it goes beyond that. Having the mixes tailored specifically to the butter made in the Mota Pot not only gives a newcomer like me confidence in how many cookies are in a batch, it also sets a standard I can now measure by for some of my creative butter adventures I've mentioned above. Though now it's kind of hard to think about taking the time to make something like pralines when I can whip up some very tasty cookies using the mixes and knowing that they're going to turn out perfectly and consistent in less than 20 minutes.
