**UPDATE** It's been almost a month and a half of using these every other day. And to be transparent, I'm kind of lazy so when I say I use them I'm using them for 10-15 minutes. BUT with that being said I do notice a difference in the areas I'm targeting. I see zero difference in the product itself, aside from stray cotton or maybe one of my long head hairs on it randomly. Which should be a warning if you have long hair... put it up before using it near elastic type bands 😆. Still give this product 5/5 stars and am now recommending it to family and friends. I ordered this to use alongside pelvic floor therapy after my 2nd cesarean delivery. My physical therapist recommended I also work out at home and said to get these or the rope looking ones. I really like how each one is a different color with its coordinating strength labeled. The colors are pretty too. I also unfurled them, just balled them up, and put them back in the bag it came with to see how they fit. They hold up really well. I will update if product tears or cracks but I kind of doubt it would be anytime soon as long as I use them as intended.

Post Arthroscopic Ankle and Foot Surgery, I am ready to step up to weight bearing mode little by little so I will need to learn to walk again with two-feet instead of one-foot, Praise The Lord, Jesus. Amen. Therefore, pain is very much there but mobility is not so to keep unfamiliar physical therapists inflicting their pain on my major painful spots and joints for mobility, I chose to do the therapy myself until I heal fully; by the way, My charismatic and skillful surgeon, Dr. Robert Moore, III in Spring, TX suggested that I could do my own therapy. I took his advice and ordered these about two-weeks ago and I am so glad that I did. I saved myself some out of pocket expenses of time and driving back and forth to therapy in traffic and a lot of unnecessary co-pays to do from the anytime convenience of my home. Yes!!! These bands really work me out from my ankle to my upper arms!!! Love the exercise time with these resistance bands for such a small cost with a big healthy benefit to my ankle and foot mobility. Works well for physical therapy exercises. Not sure whether there is a difference in strength for all three, but they last without snapping, even with hard daily use. Have bought several times.

Work great . I like the 3 levels of resistance.

The bands are not clearly marked as to their resistance level and there was nothing in the enclosed paperwork. I had to look closely to see stamped in white, three dots on each band. I'm assuming that the one with only one dot filled in is the least and the one with three filled in the most.

Just want I needed

Good resistance bands, good quality and three different levels of resistance bands. These are excellent for any age group to maintain muscle strength and tone. Many different exercises are possible and you don’t need a lot of room to use them. One could even use them while sitting if mobility is an issue. I’m pleased with my purchase and would recommend them for anyone needing to strengthen their muscles and improve stamina.

Loved them they were excellent quality and come in a mesh bag easy to pack back together. I loved them.

Excellent product.

This brand is not as firm (elasticity) as previously purchased. They are perfect for arm and upper body exercises. Cleaning with damp cloth only. Use NO detergent, otherwise the bands sticks.
